Fantastic eye cream
5After noticing fine lines around my eyes some months back I’ve been meaning to buy an eye cream weary if they actually work after much research and recommendations I bought this only using it one week & can see a difference would definitely recommend

Has given me eczema
1I’m not one to write bad reviews, that said I had to for this product after I’ve had to stop using it since it’s brought my eyes out in patches of eczema. Never had a problem with no7 products in general, but I’m throwing this out

Not as good as expected
1I bought this 2 weeks ago and used it night and morning after cleansing but unfortunately it has done nothing. My eyes look exactly the same. It doesn't firm the skin and does not reduce fine lines or dark circles. I am very disappointed with the result and it does not do what it says.

Brilliant Product BUT!!!
1I have been using No7 skincare and makeup for years and years changing products as I age (65) I have been away for sometime so stocked up with everything so it came as a shock that you had removed SPF from all of your eye creams. I am a vitiligo sufferer and this effects the area around my eyes so removing this is not just an inconvenience but a disaster for me. After years of telling us that your face creams should not be put around the eye why are you leaving the most vulnerable area of our faces without SPF. Ps you are correct your face cream is too rich as it leaks into my eyes. Boots have you any suggestions as even your sun are does not do a suitable eyecream you can apply makeup over the top.

Waste of money
1Bought this along with the day cream from the same range. Been reading the hype for some time & thought i would treat myself. Both items vastly overpriced. I have had better results from much lower priced products costing under £5.00 !! Very disappointed.

Notice a difference after 3 days!
4I have dipped in and out of different eye creams, generally using any cast offs from my mother. I had serious black crater's under my eyes, and was served by a wonderfully young girl who didn't have a single wrinkle on her lovely face! she recommended the lift and luminate for my eyes, told me how to apply and said I could use it twice a day. Started Monday night and by Wednesday morning I started to notice a difference. Amazing. Has encouraged me to try the skin range now.

Does not do what it is advertised to do
2I explained to the assistant I wanted the item to hydrate my under eye area and possibly reduce dark circles. It has done neither. It has emphasised yeh area and not for the better. I won’t be buying again

Not good
1This eye cream makes my eyes water for at least 5 hours after use, by then all my makeup is wiped off as I have to keep wiping the tears away. For a product that is supposed to be hypo-allergenic it sadly doesn’t work or me.

Why was the UVA & UVB sun protection removed?!
1As someone who spends a lot of time outdoors cycling and walking I used to really value the UVA and UVB sun protection in this product. I'm really disappointed these ingredients have been removed and I think Boots are missing a trick here. After a futile search of the shelves in several Boots stores I have been unable to find an eye cream at a similar price that meets my needs. I won't be buying this again unless the formula changes! Thankfully, there are other eye creams out there with sun protection, albeit they are more expensive.
