Old gold tube product in new packaging
1Boots.com review Although you get correct packing as per the photo, product inside is not Lash Impact. I ordered four on click and collect and all boxes contained Lash Impact Ultra in the gold sparkly tube not Lash Impact in the matt silver and white tube. Phoned Boots where I collected them from and very helpful staff advised Lash Impact Ultra was replaced with Lash Ultra in new packaging in 2021, the product staff opened from the shelf also had the gold tube inside so I was advised to contact Boots.com for a replacement, otherwise I could have a refund in store. Just because something is on sale, Boots should still supply the product advertised and not old stock in new packaging. Boots.com Advisor kept me on the phone for 32 minutes inc requesting a photo via email to prove what I was saying then concluded I would have to return the products to store to obtain a refund, that I couldn’t have a replacement due to stock being the same and if I wanted an alternative No.7 mascara I would need to pay full price but she did say she would give me 500 points if I returned them to cover my inconvenience and petrol!! When I questioned this the Advisor cut me me off. Therefore be aware you may not receive the advertised product.

Disappointed
2Boots.com review I used to love this mascara when it was in the sparkly red tube. It was great. Recently they’ve changed the brush on it though which just means I end up covering my eyelid in mascara. The new packaging isn’t a great design choice. It doesn’t look anywhere near as nice as the old one. There was just no need to change anything about this product and No7 have ruined a perfectly good mascara.

4Boots.com review This is a great mascara but why all the unnecessary packaging especially when we are trying to lessen impact on our environment and be greener. Not your best rebrand decision I feel.

Great coveragei
5Boots.com review I got this as a sample in a no7 gift set and was immediately impressed and have bought it several times since. It provides even coverage across the lashes and helps separate them leaving no clumps. My go-to mascara now

Best ever mascara
5Boots.com review Had lots of problems with my eyes after cataract surgery. Made them very dry. Thought I would change my mascara and tried Lash impact. Absolutely brilliant. Not had sore eyes since. as others have said. DONT DISCONTINUE IT PLEASE. Recommend this and lashes look lovely

Excellent for sensitive eyes
5Boots.com review Please don't discontinue this excellent mascara. It's the ONLY mascara I have ever found that doesn't upset my sensitive eyes and I've tried virtually every brand on the market!

Love this mascara - please don't discontinue!
5Boots.com review I've used this mascara for years and I love it. No. 7 is one of the only brands which don't make my eyes itch. I apply the mascara when doing my make up, I don't ever top it up and I've never found it to clump.

Free product
5Boots.com review I got this free when no7 were doing an offer and I love it. I'll be ordering one next time I shop with boots. Lasts most of the day and goes on easy no clumping. It also isn't hard to remove, I find some mascaras hard to remove but this one isn't too harsh.

Clumpy!
2Boots.com review Got this a free gift recently and it’s so disappointing. Not a patch on the No7 Exceptional Definition mascara, which ironically Boots seem to be discontinuing in store. Don’t buy this, there are better No7 mascaras to be had.

Great value for money, buying my 2nd now!
5Boots.com review I bought this just before Xmas, in a set with a lipstick. I didn’t expect much from it. However I was really pleasantly surprised! Great consistency, no lumps, and gives a really natural feathery look with great length. I usually spend £25 on a designer brand mascara, but I was so impressed with this one that I’m buying another one. Not because the first one has run out, but because I want to line the next one up!
