Disappointing new product
1I have been using No7 Mascara for several years and have been more than pleased, but as my usual mascara has been discontinued the No7 assistant recommended this new product. Not only does the brush load up too much mascara which makes it difficult to coat the lashes evenly, it flakes off not long after application and I end up with black bits under my eyes. This product is a very disappointing waste of money, please bring back the mascara for sensitive eyes.

Wouldnt no buy again
2Disappointed with what I was sold as the holy grail of mascaras! Its leaves a lot of fibres everywhere which makes lashes look lumpy and defintiely makes no difference to length. Not a nice mascara to apply.

Dries out quickly
2I always buy No7 mascara so when I saw that a new one was available I was quick to purchase but was unsatisfied. After around a week and a half the mascara started to dry up in the tube and was clumpy to apply. I also found that during the day this mascara flakes of the lashes so I was constantly wiping away black spots from around my eyes. I will not be purchasing this mascara again. I will stick to the other ranges of No7 mascaras instead

Best No7 mascara in years!
5I love this mascara! I've tried most of the No7 mascaras over the years and this is by far the best. Being in my mid 50's, my once long and thick lashes are now getting thinner and shorter, but this mascara coats evenly without clumping and covers both top and bottom lashes effortlessly. I normally use 2 mascaras to get the fullness I need, but this does it all without caking and clogging the lashes. I have to be careful with eye makeup as my eyes are very sensitive, but this mascara has not caused any soreness or irritation.

Great product
5Love this product. Used it for the first time this morning & its spot on. It has a great consistency, not clumpy at all. Highly recommend.

Mascara - not recommended
1I bought this a week ago. Not at all happy with it. Seems very watery, leaves lots os fibres under my eyes not long after application. So hard to remove & have tried a couple of eye make up remover products - No 7 being one - and couldn’t remove. Woke up with black bits everywhere and bits of fibres stuck on the lashes. Ended up picking off most of it very carefully. Not at all good when wearing glasses that covered in black specs of mascara throughout the day. Needless to says it’s not going to be used again & will be consigned to the bin.

Does nothing for my lashes!
1I was getting the No 7 loose powder which I love and they had an offer, buy one get second half price so the lady at the counter convinced me to get this and I though why not for a fiver (as I got it on offer), she told me that this was waterproof and would not flake, she said even though it's waterproof it's very easy to remove so I was straight away into that as I have watery eyes, working in air conditioned office all day. But let me tell you, it did nothing for my lashes, no volume or length and I got pretty good eyelashes. Also by the end of the day it have flaked all over my eyes, it was not a cute look. Also surprise surprise it's not waterproof so had black marks in corner of my eyes. Overall one of the worst mascaras I have ever used. And I tried so many, everything from Loreal to Lancome and Chanel. Take my advise and do not purchase this.

EYEMAZING!
5I am sick and tired of mascaras that flake off and clump and I have tried them all high end, low end and somewhere in between. I purchased this on a complete whim and this is what it does - lengthens, layers well, does not flake or clump, lashes look long and defined and stays put. This has exceeded all my expectations and I do not understand the bad reviews, they make no sense to me. This has got to be the best mascara I have ever purchased....like ever, and I have bought a lot!

1Don't buy end up with bits all under eye looks awful, another mascara for the bin.

‘ Claggy’ after just a week
1I’ve only had this product for a week but I hate it already. Too much product clings to the brush making even distribution and finer application impossible. Really disappointing.
