Very useful product
5I use this product daily to fix my eyebrow pencil markings which otherwise wipe off very easily. Its invaluable for that and when it was out of stock locally I hoped it was still being made. Don't know anyone else who makes a similar product. Only grumble is the containers just got much smaller so less product for your money I think, and although the wand now reaches too the bottom of the tube there seems to be less product

Wonderful
5I really couldn't live without this product as I unfortunately have long eyebrow hair. This product really tames and shapes my eyebrows, and they stay put for most of the day. Application is easy and you get just the right amount of product needed on the brush and your brows to do the job. Eyebrows are left natural looking, without them looking wet or stiff. This isn't the cheapest of products but I believe it is cheaper than its competitors. I cannot comment on what it does to eyelashes, as I have never used it for this.

5I love this product, and have bought on a regular basis. It conditions my lashes really well. But why oh why have you changed the size of the brush to this fiddly little thing.Change it back please.

The brush is too small
1I have used this product for sometime and since there has been a hange in brush design I am left with slime trails instead of it tameing my brows. The brush is too small.

Shame about the new packaging
3I have been buying this product for years as I prefer a natural look for daytime and my lashes are already dark and quite long. However, the new packaging is a lot smaller than the old one (about 2cm I'd say), for the same price I think, but the worse thing is the new brush. The actual brush is very small, so it's difficult to apply it to all the lashes and to comb the brows - it may be fine for doing individual lashes. It's a real shame that they have changed this - I'll be buying from another brand next time.

The brush has changed! Why? It used to be perfect!!
1The little brush used to be mascara wand size, but it's been changed to only about 1cm long, which isn't any good for me. What a shame. I used this product daily, either to emphasise dyed eyelashes (without mascara), or to enhance mascara eyelashes. It used to be a brilliant product. Now, I think it'd only be useful for brows. Please change it back, Boots!

Excellent product
5This is the first time I have bought this product and I would definitely buy it again, it has a very light texture and doesn't clump on my eyebrows but does keep them neat and tidy. I love the size of the brush it is smaller than similar products I have tried but this one is so much better and easy to control.

Good for separating lashes after mascara.
5I use No 7 lash & brow protector on my eyelashes after mascara. I apply it when my mascara has dried. It separates my lashes well and makes them look healthy. It doen't irritate my eyes, which is good as I have sensitive eyes.

A brilliant, easy to use product.
5Where have I been without this product?! I use it mainly on the brows and it is fantastic for keeping them in place all day. My brows drive me insane normally and I have found that when they are perfectly shaped and neat, I really like what they do to my face! Therefore, I thought I should pay them some attention and tidy them up! I firstly dyed them which really helped define them then every day I use this lash & brow perfector to keep them in place. It is fantastic and easy to use and doesn't leave a sticky residue on your eyebrows at all. It keeps them perfectly in place for the whole day. It does condtion them as well and I can tell that my brows look thicker. The colour really stands out since I've been using the product.

fantastic mult-use product
5This is long-lasting and effective. I use powder on my eyebrows and then apply this which holds them in perfect shape for well over 24hours...I still wake up with perfect brows if I forget to take it off before bed! Great primer for eyelashes pre-mascara as well. Thoroughly recommend.
