Disappointing product
1Fell for the hype (yet again!). Had high hopes especially with the price of the product. Has to be worn underneath foundation. Worn on its own it made my dark circles look even worse and I used the light shade! Have returned to my previous under eye concealer (Clarins).

Doesn't work
1I've been using this morning and night for a month and there's been zero difference in my dark circles. I bought two tubes as part of an offer so once they are used up I will not be buying again.

Don’t believe the hype - this doesnt work.
1I had high hopes for this gel but despite using it religiously for several weeks now it has made absolutely no difference to my eyes. I like the cool feel of the gel when it is being applied to the skin but that is all. A total waste of money.

Gutted
1I’m frustrated with myself for actually believing the hype on a product AGAIN, promising it’ll get rid of my bags. I used this RELIGIOUSLY for 1.5 months and there’s absolutely 0 change. It’s basically a liquid concealer, that’s all it is. The applicator didn’t feel great either... I’m gutted! I took progress pictures and I can’t see one iota of a difference, unfortunately. I’m glad it worked for other people, but annoyed it didn’t work for me (my bags aren’t even THAT bad, they’re just dark circles with a few creases), but I expected SOME change. I’ll continue to use the rest (got about a week’s worth left) because it’s alright as a concealer, but I definitely won’t buy again :( What a shame!!

Just what I was looking for
5I have dark Caribbean skin. The customer service lady called Carrie was knowledgable, patient and kind. She offered me some to test. I bought 3 products from her, such an asset to your company.

Not worked
12+ weeks in and I still have dark circles. I wasn't expecting miracles but it would have been nice to see some improvements.

Marvellous
5I have tried so many products for dark circles and puffiness under my eyes with no real noticeable difference. However this one works - I noticed within a few days and it has continued to work - fantastic.

Doesn’t work
1I have used this morning and night as directed for an entire month and I have noticed absolutely no difference in my dark circles, I even took before and after photos so I could compare the difference and there is no difference to be seen. I also don’t understand why a product which is advertised as an eye cream and part of a skin care line would be tinted like foundation when you’re meant to be applying it to clean skin before bedtime? If it’s an eye cream which doubles as a concealer/corrector then it’s doing a poor job as it is so sheer in coverage it wasn’t able to conceal my dark circles at all. Don’t buy if you don’t want to waste your money.
