Waste of money
1I feel this is a complete con. It does nothing at all. And since they advertise russet its clinically proven i think its a total lie. The price tag on this and other high end no7 products is ridiculous for what they just don't do. I wish i had checked reviews before purchasing

Waste of money
1Used twice daily for over a month, made absolutely no difference to the dark circles under my eyes, or the fine lines. Such a waste of money, particularly given how expensive this product is.

Waste of money
2Ive used this for a month, twice a day. Its done nothing at all for my dark circles. Although it feels nice when applied and sinks in fairly easily. I used my Boots points to buy it and I feel now ive just wasted them. I wont buy again.

Very disappointing
1I have tried so many products to reduce my dark circles and thought this might be worth the over-inflated price. Been using it as directed for a month with no visible improvement at all. Hopes dashed once more....sorry but this is a big Thumbs down!

Very hydrating and easy
5I squeezed this into my skincare routine it is very easy to use. The cream isnt too thick and blends very well. The roller balls feel so good under the eyes it's a great massage! It does reduce the dark circles but it has to be applied daily and night before you can see any results.

Disappointing
1Like a lot of people, I had high hopes for this product as I’ve always been self conscious of my dark circles and thought that this would be the answer! I found it to be quite expensive, but I justified the cost because I thought this was going to help reduce the appearance of my panda eyes.. However, much to my disappointment this did nothing to help and if anything perhaps even made them look worse if that was even possible. I used it as instructed for a month and a half and left me feeling just as deflated as before but out of pocket. My advice would be not to bother with any branded products giving you false hope, go natural with less ingredients you can’t pronounce.

Don't believe the hype
1This product was reasonably expensive and I had high hopes of what it could do for my dark circles. I've used it religiously as directed (even using every night which to me sounds crazy as it's applied on a cleansed skin so the idea of putting on a coloured eye product to a clean eye overnight is odd). However, that said, it did absolutely nothing to improve my particular concern. I have reverted back to using my very popular pink collagen gel which does a much better job and lasts for ages!

Very disappointing
1It is just a concealer and I found too much came out and was very messy and wasteful. You have to apply with your fingertips as you cannot control how much product comes out. I wouldn’t recommend it and won’t buy it again.

Best I’ve tried
5I absolutely love this! It’s the best product for dark circles I’ve tried, and I’ve tried a lot! I bought the dark colour which is great at concealing but with continued use it does lighten dark circles. Be sure to use it day & night everyday.

Does nothing
1I have hereditary dark circles and I know no wonder cream will change that but I thought it might improve the texture of my under eyes. Nope. It's basically a very light eye cream and not even a good one. It pills on top of my skincare and under make up so its useless during the day for me. I bought it for the massage tip but the metal balls just drag my under eye around and certainly don't massage the cream in as I expected. You need to have a feather light touch to get a small amount of cream out when the cap is set to on and then somehow twist the cap to off without covering your floor in cream. My skin did not feel 'firmed, calmed or less hyperpigmented'. It's tinted so it changes the colour slightly but certainly not enough coverage as a concealer so I see no point in the tint for an eye cream.
