Okay product
3I bought this product before reading any reviews and probably wouldn't have done it I'd read the reviews first. Firstly the positives: having faithfully followed the advice of the sales advisor, I ensure the top is switched to off before replacing the lid and have never experienced any leakage. I always squeeze a little product out before applying to my eye area and have never experienced any dragging of the skin. I was also advised to gently dab the cream into my skin following application and despite my very fair skin it is not noticeable after. The metal rollerballs are very soothing to my eye area especially as I leave the product somewhere cool overnight. The negative for me is that I can't say I've noticed any dramatic difference but maybe my eyes weren't bad enough to be able to notice anything. In conclusion I've found this product soothing to use with no irritation to my sensitive skin and will continue to use but unlikely to buy again.

At last something to hide my dark circles!
5I wanted an eye concealer as I have dark circles and dislike many concealers that are too cakey and noticeable. This one is a lovely consistency and applied correctly seems to do the trick. I apply a little translucent blurring powder on top which helps.

Amazing!!!
5I purchased this product due to the fact I have noticed some darkness under my eyes. I am 33 almost 34 with 3 kids!!! I need a miracle really lol. After speaking with a NO 7 rep for quite sometimes she advised me to purchase this product. Told me to use it morning and night after applying my normal face cream. I absolutely love it. It give me a a lovely fresh look. Making under my eyes feel great. I love the tube and the metal balls. They are so cold and feel lovely on my skin reducing puffiness. After buying the product I then read all the reviews and I can see it’s had some pretty bad reviews but I have to say I love it. And would highly recommend to my friends and family. I love NO 7. And have almost every product and this is possibly one of my favs by far.

Terrible
1The instructions say to apply after your eye cream but even if you wait 30nins after apply any eye product the corrector drags and becomes flakey. If you only apply the corrector without your usual eye product it dries the skin. Also been using it for a month and it didn't make any difference :( so not happy with this product.

Doesn’t massage
1Hopeless! When I turn to ‘ON’ nothing happens! Concealer comes out chalky and dries cakey, as well as stinging my under eye skin. Massive waste of money!

too thick, dries to chalky consistency,
1Waste of money plus irresponsible amount of packaging (plastic outer, box inside box, can't see the metal ball-bearings have any impact and will make recycling difficult). I have gone back to YSL Touche eclat

Applicator design is terrible
1The applicator allows all the product to empty into the lid at £28 it’s a complete waste - being extremely careful to not squeeze the tube while using does not make any difference

No effect at all
1Used this 2x daily for 2 months and saw no effect. The applicator is very messy, too much product comes out which then makes it difficult to apply makeup.

Bad Design
1Bought this a couple of weeks ago, so still hoping to see an improvement in my dark circles. The main reason for writing this review is to comment on the dreadful design of the applicator.The massager head is hopeless: too much product comes out even if you squeeze the tube gently. It is so messy and the cap gets the product in it. I don’t like the twisted head either: this is just over complicated and again, leads to messiness. Why not just a normal tube like the No 7 serums?

Bad product don’t buy
1Waste of money, used it morning and evening for over 2 months, no improvement. Expensive product with zero result. ☹️
