Not worth the money
1Have been using this as recommended for about 2 weeks now and have seen no results. Will keep using until the tube runs out because £28 is a lot to just throw away, so I'll update if anything changes, but so far it just flakes away when rubbed and looks streaky and orange on my pale skin - it can be blended out with a sponge, which also fixes the clumping, but then I wonder if I'm just removing the product. My circles are more of the pigment issue than swolen/puffy, so I'm hoping this is something that will just take more time with the product, but with people claiming it works in just 4 days, I'm getting disheartened. If in doubt about whether to spend the money, don't, just wait until it's on special or (as I saw someone else suggested) you have the points.

Disappointing
1Avid no7 user, but have used this twice a day for two weeks and my eyes are actually looking darker, had a few comments from friends that my eyes looked worse, so maybe just not for me, back to normal eye cream!

One of the best products I’ve used!!
5I’m a huge skincare fan and love buying new products to try out. I’ve bought several products for the dark bags under my eyes and nothing has really seemed to work as such. Seeing this product advertised in the shop window I definitely was interested in purchasing the product giving the description of the results! Went to the counter, picked my coulour (light/medium as I am very pale fair toned) although the product is a orange/tanned tone it does blend into the skin very well especially under makeup (works well as a eye primer too). For those who comment saying it flakes off, it either sounds like your applying to many layers of products, using to much product or need to exfoliate your skin!!! I see so many reviews saying it flakes away, but if your cells are dead and dry, of course it’s going to flake away! I love this product and was so surprised to see the negatives comments given my quiet permanent results!! I’m very pleased with the products and highly recommend it to everyone. Well done boots No7. Fab product!

Great product but ridiculous lid
4Love the product but needed pliers to get lid off and lots of product in the lid by time I removed it. Please rectify the lid.

Lid stuck
3Couldn't get the lid off and wasted half the product in doing so, I can't rate the product itself because I've been unable to use it.

A load of c**p
1This is a total waste of money. It flakes. I have now been using it for about 3 weeks and it has made absolutely NO difference to my dark circles. It's too expensive to bin so I apply it as an under eye cream before going to bed. Please dont waste your money.

POOR PRODUCT DESIGN
1Just bought this product with high hopes unfortunately, I couldn't get the lid off!! First few attempts the concealer squirted into the lid. Then with some force, it eventaully came off with most of the concealer spilling everywhere....so disappointed and frustratedroom for product design improvement,

Do Not Recommend!
1Super disappointed in this under eye cream! Just seems like a concealer (but not a good one at that!). Even the light colour is too dark if you have pale skin/pink undertones. It actually makes my dark circles look worse when wearing the cream and has also done nothing to actually improve them when not wearing. Really wish I could get my money back for this item, would not recommend.

No one mentioned it was a colour
1I bought this in a boots shop and asked for help to find it. I got it home and tried it to find it was a dark clay colour, unlike my very pale skin. Noone mentioned I needed to choose a shade and the adverts do not make this clear either. £28 wasted.
