Made very little difference

Please bring out in just Brown
4I really like this mascara but find the Black/Brown colour is really just Black. For those of us with fairer complexions just Brown would be perfect and much more natural, especially for summer. Please Boots, produce this in just Brown!

very pleased with this Mascara.
5I have been using No 7 Itensive Waterproof Mascara for over 2 decades at least. Having sensitive eyes, needing the confidence I wont have Panda eyes, being a very emotional person, both meet my requirements.. No other mascara suits so well, it is easy to remove, but , nothing can help my lack of skill to apply it cleanly ( baby buds are needed)

No Good Unless You Want a Very Natural Look
2It does stay put very well and doesn't run or flake off but comes off easily with remover. For a waterproof formula this does a poor job of holding a curl, it didn't add any noticeable volume and the formula isn't very dark. It is a fairly thin and wet formula for waterproof so it doesn't clump if you add layers carefully but overall has very little impact. I wouldn't purchase this mascara again.

Love this mascara!
5I've been using this mascara for a few years now and from the moment I first bought it I haven't looked back. I find it thickens AND lengthens my lashes- I don't know if I would say intensely, but I do only use one coat since I like a more subtle look anyway- the effect would probably be greater with more coats. I use the black-brown because I have fair skin (I'm always one of the lightest two colours of foundation), and it looks very natural on me. It also stays on absolutely amazingly. I have rubbed my eyes, cried and even gone for a swim and it simply stays put- absolutely minimal smudging (unless maybe you do all three at once!). The only things which really budge it are cleansers and make up removal wipes. I've tried other mascaras which give me panda eyes by lunchtime just from blinking, and not having to worry about that is a big thing for me. The wand is a simple one but totally does the job, and I actually think the lid on the new packaging is slightly easier to hold. I will probably buy this forever!

Excellent mascara
5This is the best waterproof mascara that I have ever used. It applies nice and evenly and separates lashes very well. I find it best to leave for a few seconds for it to dry and apply a second coat to achieve maximum effect. My daughter is a make-up artist and she recommends this to her brides.

Useful for swimming
4This is a repeating purchase: I regularly use this product a couple of times a week for swimming. It works well, mostly remaining in place in the pool water (as good or better than any other I have tried) and goes on easily. It looks natural (black/brown) and does not clump or build thick, inflexible roots with repeated application. It is easily removed with just regular facewash and warm water; no special make-up remover necessary. This one was particularly good value due to promotion offer.

I was disappointed
1The product did not seem to volumise my lashes and it flaked during use. I was definitely disappointed.

Meh
3I bought this as my usual No7 mascara was running low but I dont think I would buy it again. Very clumpy on the brush and didn't go on easily and I had to work extra guard with my separating brush to sort it out. Having said that, once on it performed well and lasted all day with no smudging.
