looksexpensive for two days.
3Not too bad a polish, lasts about 2 days then the chips start to show. Very shiny, glossy finish, hides small ridges. Personally I love the application of this polish, the brush has a rounded tip and I find these much easier to work with, just one or two stokes and your covered, two coats though of course. Doesn't take long to dry in my opinion, just don't overload the brush on the first coats. I got the pale pink and galaxy shades and neither one stained my nails.

Love the colour, love the shine!
5I have this in Galaxy and it's a beautiful colour! On application I found it went on nice and even, dried quickly and had a good shine to it. I did ensure the first coat was dry before applying a second and although it is a high gloss finish I still applied a top coat once dry. I've had several comments on the colour in just a few hours of wearing it, it's a beautiful autumn/winter shade! I can't comment on chipping as I am wearing it over nail extensions and polish doesn't generally chip on extensions. As a nail tech for 11 years, I know my nail polishes and I will definitely be recommending this to friends and family and anyone else who'll listen.

Gel Look nail polish - Galaxy
4I recently tested the Gel Look Nail polish in the shade Galaxy. It is a purple base with blue glitter. The colour is darker than I would normally wear. The brush shape was a little weird as the brushes weren't flush with each other at the base. This making application difficult at the base of the nail.I would say this nail polish would need two thinner coats opposed to one thick coat. The reason being is one coat applied in this way looks thick and takes a while to dry.

5I got this product in galaxy. Its a deep colour with sparkle and it looks amazing. The formula is thick enough for you to see the vibrance from the first coat.

Lovely shine!
4I have this in Pink Meringue, which is a barely there shade and perfect for school/work. I apply two coats, although you only really need one, and the shine you get is brilliant. I rarely have time to apply a top coat, so that's a big plus! Quality brush and quality polish as all No.7 nail polishes are.

A Nice Polish
4I have the colour 'Pink Meringue' which is a sheer pink colour perfect for a French manicure. The first coat it just looked like a clear polish but the second coat gave it perfect shade and slight opacity for that natural but groomed look. The polish applies really easily, smoothly and evenly, and so long as you don't use too much it doesn't bubble. It's touch dry within a couple of minutes and completely dry within 10. It doesn't chip or peel although I can't say how long it lasts on the nails as I always change my colour up at least every 3 days anyway. While I do love the look this polish gives I wouldn't agree that it has a gel-like shine, though perhaps this would be more apparent on the more opaque colours. With this one I still like to use a shiny top coat to finish off my manicure. I do really like this polish but I think it's a little expensive for what it is so I'm not sure I'd actually buy it again.

No7 Gel-Look Shine Nail Colour
5I did not know what to expect from a gel-look nail polish but was really pleased with the results. I have this in 'Pink Meringue' which is almost clear. Just one coat gave my nails a really natural 'just buffed' look which last almost 2 weeks without peeling or chipping! I will certainly be going out to purchase the top coat version of this to use with my other polishes because the shine you get on the nails is great. It will keep them looking fresh and newly polished much longer than other nail colours I have used.

Shiney gel-look nails - Pink Meringue
5I have this nail polish in the shade pink meringue. In the bottle it looks light baby pink but on the nail itself it is a lot more lighter in colour, I did have to use about 2-3 coats to get the true colour, that said I found this nail polish to be great. Even though it did take a few coats to bring out the true colour, one coat did look nice, it's very wearable and a very sophisticated colour. It definitely did have a very nice shiny gel-like shine on the nails, it was also chip free for about 4 days (which is great for me as most nail polishes last about 2 days before I see chipping)

Ok but not the best
3I was not sure abuou this nail varnish, it was easy to apply and did look good at the time but it really didn't last long and was no more shiny then any other nail varnish's I have tried.
