Damage Reversal Serum
5This is my second purchase of the serum. I love it. I was given great advice by Rebekah in your Haverfordwest store on products that suited me. It’s a fabulous lightweight serum that helps my foundation go on smoothly.

Bottle broke
1I liked our easily the serum sunk into my skin. However, I did unfortunately drop the bottle onto a very padded lino, and the top snapped off. This is probably due to the bottle being glass and the top section being plastic. This is my first time at the age of 74 using any kind of serum. I do appreciate it was clumsy of me to drop in the first place but would never have thought it would come apart so easily. I did carry on using it, but it had all gone in a few weeks. I did write to no 7, but there no helpful response.

Serum
5This serum is now a must in my daily routine. Very little needed to make my face feel revived. Noticed my lines around my mouth have faded.

Ineffective
1I was encouraged in store to buy the serum together with the day and night creams. I was keen to get started and used them daily until the serum bottle was fully empty. My results were minimal certainly not worth the cost.

Really works.
5.I can buy my favourite serum and creams at fantastic prices. I have used for nearly a year and my few acne scars have diminished so much they have nearly disappeared.

Didn't work for me
1After speaking with the No7 rep and the hard sell including promises that it was the best thing ever created and would definitely work, I have been left quite disappointed. I followed her instructions, the instructions on the packaging and also on the No7 website, but alas I am left with zero change. It does however feel nice going on the skin and leaves no greasy residue, but I cannot see, nor feel that it has improved my skin in any way. I understand it probably won't work for everyone so I am back to the drawing board, but sadly I won't be back to the No7 counter.

Wouldn't buy again.
1I bought the larger size as I've always loved No. 7 skincare but would not buy this again. It feels lovely when you put it on and absorbs quickly, but this has really dried my skin out. Not sure whether it is trying to remove surface skin, but the skin around my nose, mouth and chin have became very rough to the extent I have had to stop using it. No redness, just rough to the touch. So quite an expensive mistake purchase 😓

Very expensive for very little
2Although the serum was very light and easy to use, the pump container ran out in a couple of weeks. I used it sparingly as it was so expensive but it ceased to work even though there was lots left in the container. Why couldn't it be put into a tube which is far more cost effective? Don't waste your money.
