SPF40 at last
5Boots.com review ABSOLUTELY love this. A day cream that is SPF40. I have been using SPF30 for many years and feel thr need of a 40 as I am outside a lot. Great fresh smell that is not strong. The cream looks and feels quite thick but a little goes a long way but it gets absorbed quickly. Left my skin feeling soft and springy. I used this after the serum in this collection but found I needed to leave it a good 20mins before applying a foundation or it was all a bit much and the foundation rubbed off.

Easy to blend into skin

Heavy cream

Better skin texture
5Boots.com review I’ve been using this day cream for several weeks now, day and evening, and alongside the other products, eye cream, face serum and night cream, in this range. The day cream has a slight scent that is not overpowering, for a day cream it is fairly thick so you do not need much to cover the face and neck, which is a bonus as it seems that the pot will last for sometime and it has an spf 40. The cream is somewhat greasy when it initially goes on the skin, however it absorbs well when left to soak in, and leaves a slight sheen to the skin making it look plumped and healthy. I found leaving the cream to fully absorb into the skin for 10-15 minutes before applying my makeup, otherwise my makeup did not set nor last the day. I suffer from dry skin, and this day cream made a visible difference to my skins texture, it felt less tight and irritated, leaving my skin hydrated throughout the day and it significantly removed the flakey patches I had around the nose and forehead.

Thick Day Cream
3Boots.com review This day cream has a very thick texture. With my dry combo skin, the cream did not really absorb well into skin. Feels more like a sun cream. I would not use it before makeup. Maybe it is more suitable for someone with much drier skin type.

Too rich
3Boots.com review I was sent this cream as part of a blind trial. Unfortunately, it is quite heavy for daily usage, however it absorbs well and has an SPF40. My skin didn’t react, but it might be for dry skin types and makeup free days.

Not too greasy

4Boots.com review Quite a thick cream. Maybe a little too much for me for the day. I was blind testing it so I have no idea what it is but it felt as if it had spf in it. It was nice enough, pleasant to use.

Very thick for a day cream
3Boots.com review I find this day cream really thick and greasy and only use a small amount because of this. I need to wait a few minutes before I can apply my foundation. I've not noticed any real difference with my skin or fine lines.
