Nice brush
4This brush is nice and soft and my foundation looks much better when I use this to apply it.

Professional Finish
4I have used quite a few foundation brushes in the past and this is one of the best. It has a sleek and professional aesthetic, soft bristles and is a decent size. Application of foundation is easy with this brush. I dispense some product onto the back of my hand and apply it little by little to my face, gently buffing the foundation into my skin as I go. This creates a smooth, streak free, high coverage result with a professional and flawless finish. I also find that my foundation lasts longer when applied with this brush rather than the fingertips. The brush is easily cleaned with a gentle soap or baby shampoo. Make sure you reshape the bristles of the brush after cleaning so that it maintains its efficiency. The downside of this brush to me is the price. I have used other brushes that cost considerably less that have given me a similar result.

great brush, soft bristles
4I'm not one for using a foundation brush really, I tend to apply with my fingers but I tried this brush and was not disappointed. I don't really have anything to compare it to but the brushes bristles are very soft and the foundation applied evenly.

Really soft
4I really like this foundation brush as it allows me to get a good coverage! The brush is quite dense but doesn't absorb all of my foundation like some other brushes do. I use this everyday to get a light coverage but it can be built up for nights out and doesn't leave your skin with a painted on look.

4im used to applying foundation with fingers but this brush makes it easy and gives great coverage and no streaks easily cleaned soft bristles

No streaks but......
3Good coverage with this and no streaky marks left after use like other brushes. That said, I felt as though I had to use more foundation to get my usual look. It's very soft and much bigger than it looks in the packet or online. In all honesty, I don't like using brushes to apply foundation anyway. I think I'll stick to my usual routine and rely on natures best tools, my hands. It's pretty expensive but if you like using foundation brushes then this is the one which is streak free.

Badly designed
2I have several foundation brushes, depending on the type of coverage and finish I'm looking for. This one looked promising but it failed to deliver. The bristles are extremely close together, resulting in too much product being soaked up. It applies very streakily and it needs an awful lot of blending. Because the bristles are so dense, it is really a pain to clean. You either end up with foundation between bristles (definitely not good) or you have to kind of destroy the brush to get it all out. I'm also not a fan of the handle design. It's fine for storing flat but not so comfortable when it comes to grip. I'm disappointed as I expected better design from No 7.

Very good
5I've been applying foundation with my fingers for the last 20 years so didn't think I'd like using a brush. However, I found it easy to use - just put some foundation on the back of the hand, take a bit onto the brush and apply in longish strokes. It's easy to blend which was my main concern and I think you actually end up using less foundation as it seems to go further on the skin using the brush. The brush is soft and cleans easily with a bit of shampoo. Not sure how long it will last as it'll need cleaning regularly but it's good value for money.

Picutre perfect skin!
5Easy to load makeup onto and doesnt soak a lot of it up, leaves a picture perfect finish to skin. This brush is very soft and gentle on the skin and doesnt feel like its scratching you as you apply your make up. Perfect every day brush, easy to use and easy to clean. Loved the little wallet it came in as it helps when travelling to stop any other products staining the brush.
