Wow! It really works!
5I purchased this hoping but really expecting it to be the one product that lives up. Imagine my surprise when it only turns out it is!!! I use it all over my face and everything appears lifted. I use a BB cream over the top and have never experienced pilling. And then when life almost can’t get any better, it’s half price and 3 for 2 for a day... I’ll take 30 please

Disappointed
2I purchased product 2 weeks ago and have followed the routine. I have taken photos before and at different gaps between and have seen no results. I purchased 3 for 2 and clearly feel I have been miss sold this product. The product is not as popular as now on offer on line at 1/2 price.

Not impressed!
2Just bought this and wish I'd ignored the hype! My skin feels and looks dry after use and most annoying is the way the product balls up. Applied foundation on top and it's lifting off in tiny bits. Not good.

poor product
1I have been using No 7 serums for approx 3-4 years now and find they work really well. This time i bought my usual serums and also the new firming booster serum. This is is worst product No 7 have brought out, it goes into little balls! Will not be purchasing again!! .

Peels off
161 year old. I have been using this since the launch and foolishly bought 3 for 2 (I have taken the remainder back for refund btw) Made my skin feel lovely and soft but did not make any difference to the look of it. As others have said it peels off as soon as you apply any other product afterwards ie moisterizer, make-up even after waiting 30+ minutes. I like the massaging balls though and will continue to use when the serum has finished but overall very disappointing results. A waste of time and money not to mention the anticipation. Am looking now to drop No7 from my regime altogether.

Disappointing!
1Bought this place in place of my normal Estée Lauder Serum. Can only use at night as it doesn’t absorb and rolls / peels off the skin when I’m doing my makeup. I use exactly as instructed but it just sits on the skin no matter how long I wait before applying my moisturiser and make up. Expensive mistake for me - back to Estee!

Poor quality expensive serum
1Used exactly as directed but it went into little balls on my skin when I applied slight amount of moisturiser on top after a 30 minute wait. Removed it then applied again but with my fingers. Better result but think this is way over priced & hyped up for what it is

Does not work!
1I have been using this product for over two weeks now, I took Close up pictures before and after and I can honestly say there is not the slightest difference, I am so disappointed as I was looking forward to this product coming out.

5Used this for two weeks and what a difference it makes, I have now purchased all the other products in the range, and wow fabulous feel and great looking skin

Rubbish
1I bought this shortly after it was launched and I am annoyed at my stupidity. It simply sits on top of the skin....so how on earth can Boots make these claims? What a waste of money
