No major change
2Thought I would give this a try my skin is not as glowing as with my previous serum. I purchased 3 for 2 but if you don't get this offer £1 for £1 its more expensive than the tried and tested products including high end. My usual serum contains 60ml two of these 60ml but works out more expensive which I wouldn't mind if it said what it did on the bottle. Not for me going back to my favourite. I got the 'bobbling' when putting on my primer even after waiting for it to settle.

I would be wary...
2I would be wary of using a product with this list of ingredients purporting to have all the benefits this serum says it has. At least the first 6 ingredients do nothing beneficial to your skin and quite the opposite in some instances. And for £38? I would expect some of the actively 'lifting' ingredients to appear far higher. In my opinion, dimethicone has no place in a serum like this - this is used in foundations and primers originally to sit on the skin, not absorb, so I don't know how it can be able to take the better ingredients into the skin. Ladies, find a serum with more natural, and less, ingredients in for half this price.

Really disappointed
1Purchased 2 of these as it sounded so good, I couldn't be more disappointed! I always use No7 serums and love them but this one doesn't soak into your skin no matter how little you use when it's dry it peels off and it's even worse when you apply foundation, I'm so annoyed with myself for not purchasing one instead of 2 waste of money. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

No visible results seen
1I always use no 7 and I bought 3 of these 2 weeks ago as it was on 3 for 2 (so it makes sense to buy it this way) but have seen no visible differences to the skin on my neck which is where I wanted to target. I was then really annoyed to see it on a half price offer on boots Instagram page for £19. Never seen this before and had I known they did offers like this instead of the 3 for 2 i would have just bought one to try. Very disappointed in Boots as they should be doing deals for loyal no 7 customers. Although i don't rate this product i am happy with my usual no 7 skincare and have used it for years. The only thing I would like to see is a nice away from plastic or possibly refillable pots as trying to reduce my plastic waste.

Great serum but horrible packaging
4I'm 34 and have been using this for three weeks now and absolutely love it! It has improved my skin, not sure if it is firmer but clearer and less "stressed" my redness has also decreased. Should mention I use sunscreen on top of this (Laura Mercier) then Nanoblur to smooth things out. I don't use make up and haven't had any issues with pieces falling off. Would say though that the bottle is a bit impractical. The turn the head thing and massage it in using the "bubbles" doesn't improve things.

5I've been using this for nearly 2weeks and the results are amazing. Definite all ovet improvement and my 'turkey neck ' has disappeared.

Disappointing
1I have been using No7 for years & love there make up but I have tried both the firming serum is rubbish not seen a difference at all & you say this is clinically tested!!!! What on 30 yr olds whose very fine lines are just appearing!! & I spent £38 on this product certainly won’t be wasting my money again not happy at all with this product

Works for me
5I've been using it for around 10 days and can see a real difference on my jawline and cheekbone (my lifelong problem areas). I use a hot cloth cleanser so it may be that having pores open from that helps? I've had no pilling or rolling off as others report. I'll definitely be continuing to use it.

Works Wonders
5I’ve been using this serum for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it. I’ve noticed my skin is so soft and feels tighter hopefully it makes me look younger also lol. Would definitely recommend it.

Fab serum
5I have used no 7 serum for years and this new one is one of there best dont understand the negative comments on people saying its coming off skin in balls they obviously are not using it properly.
