Bring back the original
3Boots.com review I stopped buying this when they changed the formula and packaging because it changed its performance completely I felt. I bought one and got one half price when it had changed to the new formula and packaging it’s currently in and it was so bad I contacted head office and told them it was bone dry when I got it from Ealing Broadway. I binned both. So many people have asked for it to return to what it was why won’t they put their hand up and accept their product is not an improvement. Please look again at this formula it was perfect before the change and I would happy have paid more for it to have stayed the same.

New formula rubbish
1Boots.com review Used this mascara for years was great, but new formula is absolute rubbish. Not waterproof and flakes of lashes when dried. Extremely disappointed. Will be looking for another brand to buy as this is now a waste of money.

Not as good as it used to be
2Boots.com review Like other reviewers I'm not happy with the recent change in formulation. I've bought this mascara consistently for many years. It used to be a lovely product, smooth to apply and didn't budge. However my most recent one with the new branding is dry from the outset and seems to flake off if lashes get wet. Very sad about this. Now looking for an alternative.

Not great for swimming

Awful
1Boots.com review Possible the worst mascara I have had. Usually love no.7 range and the mascaras. It says extreme length but in fact give no length what so ever. The day I opened the mascara, it was thick and paste like, how your mascara is when the pots nearly empty and gone horrible. Very disappointed.
