Used to be great - disappointed
3Boots.com review I've been using this product for years and was surprised to see the packaging has been restyled. Once it's out of the unnecessary box, the tube looks cheap and badly made. It used to be really stylish. The shape of the wand has also changed and the mascara doesn't seem to work as well. So disappointed as I'll have to try and find a new mascara now.

Very disappointed
1Boots.com review This is the worst mascara I have ever used. Hardly lengthened lashes at all, hardly any mascara in the wand. Certainly wasn’t waterproof came off during a light rain shower. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Packaging and quality change
2Boots.com review I've been buying this mascara for years and was very happy with it. Disappointed though to see the new packaging which not only looks cheap, but is boxed too. Seems unnecessary packaging. Also, mascara seems clumpy and I don't think it's going to last as long.

Packaging
2Boots.com review I recently went into Boots today to pick up a new mascara, to find that they have changed the style and colour of the product. To be honest it doesn't look the price anymore. very disappointed in the cheap looking new design.

Love this mascara -shame about the packaging
5Boots.com review I've been using this No.7 mascara for years and love it. It has a nice fine brush. Such a shame it now comes boxed - surely less not more packaging is the way forward, Boots?!

Did not lengthen my lashes
1Boots.com review I was really disappointed with this mascara. It didn't seem to go to the ends of my lashes, even with multiple coats and it wasn't very thick at all. I had to top it up with my other mascara that was running out. Won't be buying it again.

Great Purchase
5Boots.com review I was after a new mascara after always using Clinique for years. After checking out the reviews decided to go with this product. I am not disappointed it separates your lashes brilliantly. So happy and would highly recommend.

Surprisingly good
5Boots.com review I bought this on a whim to get a 3 for 2 but I've been very pleased. Separates my lashes and definitely lengthens without clumps. Lasts all day. Not difficult to remove with micellar. The brush is perfect for catching every lash. The negative reviews are surprising because I found it very good and I have tried a LOT of mascaras

Awful. Don't waste your money.
1Boots.com review I like No7 products but this is the worst mascara I've ever used. Doesn't lengthen - never mind 'Extreme'. Barely looks like you've put any mascara on, and yet....it heavily flakes all around the eye area in a short time. Can't get money back online and can't get back to store to return, so a complete waste. Not even worth it on 2 for 3!. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Do not recommend.
