Boots.com review I didn't like this product at all when trying to apply it slides off your skin and is very annoying to use,I'm glad I bought on a promotion and didn't pay full price for such a poor quality product

Boots.com review OMG I love this product! I went to the No7 counter instore to buy some primer to use on my eyelids. I have never been able to wear eyeshadow as I have such greasy skin (particularly my eyelids) that eyeshadow just creases and slides off within an hour or so. The lady I spoke with suggested I buy the nude colour of this instead of primer as she has the same problem with her skin and this helps her shadow stay on all day. I tried it as a base to a shadow and she's right. At last I can wear eyeshadow - for the first time in all my 47 years! I am thrilled as my eyeshadow lasts 16 hours LOVE IT! I've now bought the bronze, pewter and pink to ring the changes.

Boots.com review I bought this to try as I had the latest No.7 make up money off voucher. I may not have tried it out if not as I haven't always got on so well with liquid and cream eyeshadows. I was very pleasantly surprised by the pretty in pink shade. It glides on really easily and then dries so it doesn't end up smudging everywhere. This particular shade is really illuninating and brightens up the eye area. Following this success I went back and bought three more shades to try....a little excessive but they are on offer after all!

Boots.com review Like a previous customer, I've used the No 7 eye mousse for many years and loved them, and was so disappointed when I found out they weren't available any more. So I bought the new ones and they are hopeless. Bad applicator, seem to dry up more quickly and much duller colours. The old Pewter mousse gave a lovely luminous sheen, but the new cream is dull and grey and you have to use loads to actually cover the eye. Please bring back the old mousse, this is rubbish!

Boots.com review I really like this eyeshadow, especially having the applicator with it. Glides on easily, love the colour, makes my eyes look bigger too, I went for grey. You used to do it in a plastic container and it came out like a mousse, and you applied with your fingertips. Thought I was going to miss it when you changed it but havent.

Boots.com review I really like this as an innovation in eyeshadow. More often than not I have no time to use mini brushes or anything else, so the lip gloss-like tube is very handy. People complain about the brush - it could be a bit better, yes, but it gives you enough coverage to start and maybe finish spreading the makeup with your finger. Without a primer, I found it to last about half a day before needing reapplication but I tend to rub my eyes from computer screen induced tiredness too. It doesn't crease, which is a massive bonus. I highly recommend it for anyone who can't be bothered with powders or separate applicators. My only wish would be more colours available.

Boots.com review I agree with lots of the other reviews. Not a patch on the old formula. Doesn't go on smoothly with the applicator. No idea if there would be wastage at the end as have binned it after using previous formula daily for a few years!!!!! Badly done Boots, badly done :-(

Boots.com review I have used the predecessor to this product for years. But the 'NEW IMPROVED ' formula is not very good. When it was a cream in a tube, it was easy to apply, stayed on longer and lasted longer! I used to use the shade 'Khaki' which was very good, but the NEW 'Light GREEN' shade is insipid, doesn't stay on very long and hard to apply. Bring back the Cream in a tube version, please.

Boots.com review I had used No7 eye shadow mousse for years and loved it. When I went to order some more I found that it was no longer available and this was the replacement. I read the reviews and saw that they weren't great but thought that I would give this product the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately I was not impressed... It is very thin and is not nice to apply. The applicator is a good idea in theory but doesn't work with the thin liquid. Also, the previous mousse had lovely glitter through it and looked really good when applied but this one just looks dull in comparison. I really hope that Boots ditch this product and go back to supplying the mousse. Not sure why they changed it in the first place.... If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!
