Boots.com review Wish I've read reviews first before buying this. Bought it today and tried it. Looked at the wand and not much on it. Bottle looks empty, tried pumping wand in bottle but not much mascara on wand, even tested on my wrist. Not much on?! Very strange compare to my other mascaras. I'm not sure if is there really mascara on it? Or I got a nearly empty bottle? All I can say...waste of money.

Boots.com review Bought as on offer and usual No7 serum mascara starts to clump in container far too quickly. I seriously coated my lashes about ten times and this stuff is not visible. Really annoyed as persuaded to get two on offer. Can’t return as opened! Waste of money and will be looking at other brands instead.

Boots.com review I used this mascara for years and loved it - since the packaging changed it's awful and I've now switched to a different brand. If it changes back to the old formula, I'd buy it again, but I won't be wasting my money on this one any more, it's not a patch on the one it replaced - very disappointed as a loyal No 7 customer :(

I've bought x2 mascaras now since the change in style, and both wands were dry, flaky and not the same formula as before. Unfortunately, not just the packaging has changed. I'm extremely disappointed after being a loyal No7 customer. Now I have to find a new mascara! Not worth the money anymore.

Boots.com review I have been buying this for years and as everyone has already said, it recently changed. I thought it was just the packaging but it’s also the mascara itself. It it dry does not add much length to lashes and it has lasted half the time. Come on boots you can do better than that to your loyal customer

Boots.com review This does not work like the old formula. This was my go to mascara for years as it gave me lots of length, while never looking to clumpy, looking very natural. HOWEVER, in this new packaging it seems that there must be a new formula. It does not work at all like before. I had to keep going over and over my lashes to get anything to show up, and when it did show up, it was barely there, all it seemed to do was slightly change the colour of my natural lashes - making them look a tiny bit longer because the ends of my lashes are blonde. Not where near what this used to do. I bought this a week ago as my old one was 6 months old, though still had plenty of product, but I make sure that I replace my mascara every 6 months to avoid eye infections. I hoped that it would be the same as my old mascara, which was in the older dark purple packaging, but it is not! I applied the new one to my left eye and after 5 minutes of application I could not get ky lashes to look how I want, they barely look longer than with no mascara. Then on my right eye I did my usual 15 second application with my old mascara and it came out beautifully. I'm so upset that I've wasted my money on a mascara that now doesn't work as I expected. On top of this I think the new packaging is awful - why do we need it in a big cardboard box with a cardboard bit inside the box too, when before they had no packaging other than the tube? Also the mascara packaging design now looks much cheaper. The old single colour designs with a slight curve to the tube, rather than a basic tube shape, looked far more expensive. The packaging now looks like a £3 mascara or something I might find in pound land. I'd want to hide the packaging from being seen.

Boots.com review I have bought these for years. Bought 3 for 2 as usual with new branding . One I used seemed like it had already run out, was dry. Gave one to daughter and she said the same. Shame as used these for years.

Boots.com review I would have given 0 stars if possible. The tube was almost empty. Very scratchy applicator prob due to no mascara on it! I bought similar named No7 product before and it was great with lovely lengthening fibres. This one is no good and I feel robbed of £13 as ofcourse I cannot return a mascara. Plus I now need to buy something else.Very disappointed and has put me off buying No7 again:(
