Boots.com review I have been using this mascara for many years and was very happy with it. However it appears that the formula has been changed along with the packaging. The mascara now seems to be very dry and scratchy and doesn,t make your lashes look long at all anymore. It also smudges badly by the end of the day. I will now have to look for another brand !! Very disappointing

Boots.com review I purchased this mascara thinking it would be the same despite the different packaging. Unfortunately this is not the case. The mascara doesn't last and also smudges very easily now. Boots.com review i bought this mascara without reading any of the reviews - bad mistake …. when i pulled the wand out the first time i tried it i wondered if it was an old one - very dry / hardly anything at all on the brush ….it did absolutely nothing when i t applied to my lashes - no obvious sign of mascara at all - do they not have quality control or carry out tests before putting out on the shelves for sale ??? A complete waste of money - shocking !!!! i will never buy boots No7 mascara again .

Boots.com review I have used this mascara every day for 10 years. I recently bought a replacement and saw the packaging had changed but didn't think much of it. Despite what this page says they have clearly changed the formula, as it now smudges off after a few hours which it has never, ever done before. I have now bought a different brand! Crazy that they have done this.
