Boots.com review: Tried this new version yesterday for the first time - my skin immediately reacted, it was hot and bright red. Im wearing the old version of the same foundation today and my skin is fine. I have been a loyal No7 customer for many years and have always trusted this brand to be safe for my sensitive skin and eyes but it seems this is no longer the case. Very disappointed,

Boots.com review: Im absolutely gutted - the formulation has definitely changed despite what they say on the website. I thought it probably would have done, this happens quote often when manufacturers change their packaging. For a start they have made the SPF stronger which you might think is a good thing, however when you have sensitive skin like myself this is a disaster as it can cause an allergic reaction. I got a little tester pot from my local Boots, tried it today and yep - my cheeks are on fire!!!!! Totally devastated that I cannot use this product any more as I have used this for many many years without any problems. They have also removed the words "Hypoallergenic" and "for sensitive skin" from the description which shows they know its not suitable any more for us poor sensitive souls. I contacted No7 and they were clueless, they are going to look into this and get back to me. I also get the smoothing eyeshadow from No 7 as I have sensitive eyes and have also used this product for many years without any problems, I can only hope they havent changed the formulation of these too! Im going to have to get my foundation from somewhere different which will take a lot of time and trial/error, so sad and upset this has happened I used to get all my makeup from No7 but over the years have had to get things from elsewhere when they change the ingredients. Why chnage things when they were fine as they were??? They are losing a loyal customer and Im sure many others will stop buying too :(

Boots.com review: I have been a faithful customer of No7 for many years as I have extremely sensitive skin and eyes - their makeup was the only type I could use. So I’m very disappointed that the formulation of this foundation has changed and is no longer suitable for my skin. It made my cheeks hot and feel like they were burning. I’m going to have to find another manufacturer who allergy tests which will take a long time and lots of trial and error. Gutted :(

Boots.com review: Disappointed… actually, bitterly disappointed… the shades in new packaging are called same e.g Calico yet bear no resemblance to old packaging shades? No7 get your act together.

Boots.com review: I have been using no 7 stay perfect foundation in deeply honey for YEARS! I've loved it, tried other products but always come back to this foundation! Unfortunately the new branding advises that the product remains the same, unfortunately this isn't the case. The SPF has increased which is a positive thing but the colour has also changed!!!! It's more orange and much lighter. Very disappointing considering the guarantee that the products will be the same. Fortunately I bought these in store and were able to return to the same store without a receipt. I haven't yet found my new colour of no 7 and am really disappointed.

Great foundation I love it but….smooch is wasted as the dispenser leaves so much in there at the end …I end up removing the dispenser pump and using the end of the tube to wipe round the edges etc …usually about another 3 weeks worth that way !!

Tried most of No7 foundations but this is my favourite It’s so light but gives great coverage 

This is my go to foundation - light coverage & natural looking. It is good for my skin too.

Absolutely lovely foundation.  I have very pale skin and foundation always goes orange, but this in Porcelain is perfection.  I pray it is never discontinued.🙏
