Boots.com review: Excited to see the new No 7 packaging, I purchased this as part of 3 for 2 offer. How disappointed I was. I normally purchase a famous long wear foundation (3 guesses which one?) but thought I would try this. I was colour matched to Sahara but it oxidised immediately and my face was left looking orange. It gave no coverage where I needed it, and most of it transferred onto my cotton face mask.... hardly 'Stay Perfect'. A complete waste of money which would have been better spent towards my usual foundation.

Boots.com review: Went to buy today and noticed all the bad reviews. I’ve been using this for years as it’s the only one that suits my sensitive skin, why has it changed? Is it still suitable for sensitive skin? I’ve noticed the ingredients list has completely changed. Not sure whether to buy or not now???

Boots.com review: So disappointed Boots has changed the formula of this foundation. Like other reviewers I have used Stay Perfect foundation for years and found it to have fantastic coverage without the caked-on look. The new formula is awful - much thicker yet a less even finish and doesn’t even seem to last as long. Colour is also completely different. So sad that I now have to try seek out a new product that is more like the old version. Please bring back the old formula!

Boots.com review: I used to use this foundation all the time. The colours are definitely not the same (much darker) and the formula is much thicker. It didn’t sit well on my skin at all and felt really thick when applying. Only plus side is it feels dry and smooth once on the skin but doesn’t look good at all. Also more expensive than before!

Boots.com review: I have only worn no7 for years and the new foundation is not the same at all. I was informed that the only difference is spf but it definitely isn’t the case… I usually wear Calico but it’s so much darker. I have wasted £15 now as can’t wear it and now need to find a different product that will match my skin… #bringbacktheoldfoundationN07

Boots.com review: Tried this new version yesterday for the first time - my skin immediately reacted, it was hot and bright red. Im wearing the old version of the same foundation today and my skin is fine. I have been a loyal No7 customer for many years and have always trusted this brand to be safe for my sensitive skin and eyes but it seems this is no longer the case. Very disappointed,

Boots.com review: Im absolutely gutted - the formulation has definitely changed despite what they say on the website. I thought it probably would have done, this happens quote often when manufacturers change their packaging. For a start they have made the SPF stronger which you might think is a good thing, however when you have sensitive skin like myself this is a disaster as it can cause an allergic reaction. I got a little tester pot from my local Boots, tried it today and yep - my cheeks are on fire!!!!! Totally devastated that I cannot use this product any more as I have used this for many many years without any problems. They have also removed the words "Hypoallergenic" and "for sensitive skin" from the description which shows they know its not suitable any more for us poor sensitive souls. I contacted No7 and they were clueless, they are going to look into this and get back to me. I also get the smoothing eyeshadow from No 7 as I have sensitive eyes and have also used this product for many years without any problems, I can only hope they havent changed the formulation of these too! Im going to have to get my foundation from somewhere different which will take a lot of time and trial/error, so sad and upset this has happened I used to get all my makeup from No7 but over the years have had to get things from elsewhere when they change the ingredients. Why chnage things when they were fine as they were??? They are losing a loyal customer and Im sure many others will stop buying too :(

Boots.com review: I have been a faithful customer of No7 for many years as I have extremely sensitive skin and eyes - their makeup was the only type I could use. So I’m very disappointed that the formulation of this foundation has changed and is no longer suitable for my skin. It made my cheeks hot and feel like they were burning. I’m going to have to find another manufacturer who allergy tests which will take a long time and lots of trial and error. Gutted :(

Boots.com review: After using this foundation my cheeks were red and burning. Not for sensitive skin.
