I don’t wear nail polish that often as it chips easily. I tried this one and loved the glossy finish and the Porcini colour but best of all it has lasted days of me washing up and doing chores etc. I’m very impressed.

I am wearing the colour golden sands, a very pretty, shiny shade. It applies amazingly well, glides on so smoothly and 1 coat is enough! I then applied No7 top coat and they have lasted so far 6 days with no chipping.

This has to be the worst nail polish I have ever bought and at £7.50 a bottle not cheap. I bought the dark blue colour to match my Christmas outfit. When I tried to open the bottle it flatly refused to open. Eventually and with much effort I got it open only for it to splatter over my kitchen work surface. When I tried to apply the polish the brush was ‘wobbly’ and it was impossible to use. I therefore had to use a brush from an old bottle of nail varnish as this brush was useless. I noticed the next day the polish had already started to chip. I took the bottle back to exchange it for another one explaining the fault with the bottle/brush. I reapplied polish from the new bottle that evening but the same again it was chipped in no time which was even more noticeable because of the dark colour. I find No. 7 stay perfect polishes not very long lasting and poor quality considering the price and will not be buying them again.

Used no7 products for years but the gel nail polish is awful. Too thick and gloopy, can't do anything for about an hour after painting without it smudging and chipped within hours

I bought this product at full price, so over £7. I wore it for one day and in that time every nail had been chipped! Not impressed at all. I normally love no7 products but shall not buy nail polishes from them again.

This nail polish is one of the best there is. It stays on well without chipping, and has a good size brush which makes it easier and quicker to apply. Anyone who knows the quality of the Dior and Chanel nail polishes will like this product, as it is up there with the elite, but without the elite price tag!! I love the 'Rose Gold' shade, which is just perfect in the summer time, and looks great on toes. It's the sort of colour that goes with everything, and would look great with a tan (not that I ever get one!) so ideal for holidays in the sun - assuming they happen again:(

I purchased this in Deep Wine which is a lovely rich burgundy (dare I say Merlot) shade. I applied the No 7 base coat and ridge filler first and then just one coat of this followed by the Gel finish. Made my nails look like they'd had a more expensive gel manicure even though I'm a bit slap dash with the nail polish. Have been typing for two days, shopping, cooking and lots of handwashing and no sign of chipping or fading thus far!

Brilliant. Thick coat on day one. Another coat on day two. Then just top up a little bit if needed. Love it!!!

For Xmas bought 3 for price of 2 on offer using a voucher. I applied late at night & chipped by following morning. Removed it thinking I had damaged 2 of my nails , re-applied & within hours chipped again. Have loads NO 7 skin & make-up products which I love so am very dissapointed & surprised that Boots would sell this faulty product & I feel as a consumer I should be entitled to my money back.

Luckily I got this for free as part of a No7 promotion gift box and just tried it today so not sure how long it is going to last just yet. However, you need to use multiple layers of colour to have an even finish and even after three layers it still looks very weird and not blended nicely. Also takes longer to dry even though I had to wait for each layer to dry out properly it still feels a bit sticky... Very disappointed
