Have tried a few No7 mascaras over the years and decided to give this one a go as the qand was similar to one I had liked before but this formula is a nightmare! It makes your lashes lose volume and look spindly, then when it comes time to take it off it comes off in bits, requires lots of rubbing even with an oil cleanser and still never feels like it's been fully removed.

I have used No7 mascara’s for years and love them but this one....nonononono. It comes off in lumps like my eyelashes are going to come away with it. I don’t know what you have done to this one but it’s horrible. This has made me not like your brand of mascara’s to even go back and try my old one again just incase you have changed them all to be like this. Disappointed

Order online and, in fact, thought I was ordering a different product because the packaging is similar.

Would like to complain! I bought this on recommendation from No.7 assistant for it's tear proof properties and staying power. From that point of view it works, however removing it was hopeless as it went into flaky bits and I noticed that it had taken the ends of my lashes off too - I am really upset and annoyed, I hope this hasn't permanently caused damage. I will be getting a refund. Any advice No. 7 for reconditioning my lashes?

Ive been wearing No7 make uo for the last 20 years and have very rarely been dissapointed with anything but this mascara is absolutely awful!!! I really wish I'd kept the receipt. The mascara doesn't really go on great and I find it quite clumpy making my lashes look and feel very heavy. Also let's not talk about removing it!! My eyes are actually sore from rubbing with the wipes/cotton wool/make up remover, I just give up after a while and hope it'll just come off in the shower the next morning. Love the majority of No7 makeup but hate this :(

It pulled my eye lashes - it wasn't the mascara. My daughter tried it by mistake and it pulled her eye lashes out as well. It's in the bin now. It only gets one star as you can't place review without leaving one

Product looks fine on. The problem occured when I came to take it off this evening. It didn't look any different after a few swipes with a baby wipe. After using a liberal amount of eye make-up remover, the product did start to come off, but looking at the wipe I realised it was taking MANY of my eyelashes with it. I am distraught, as I feel like a noticable amount of my lashes have come out. Having seen this mentioned before in a few reviews below, I am disgusted that this product is even on shelves.

This is the worst mascara and quite possibly the worst product I have ever used. The mascara goes on like glue, causing your eyelashes to stick together in a clump. Usually you are able to fix this problem by separating the lashes with the wand but the product dries so quickly that you are unable to. As for removing the product, this was just as bad, taking several attempts to remove and taking my eyelashes with it. Awful, awful, awful!

I was persuaded to try this mascara by the sales lady although I felt unsure about removing it with water. Took it on holiday to save having to take eye make up remover liquid/cream on the plane. * I do not like it at all! When removed with water it comes off in bits and to make matters worse, I had nothing to remove eyeliner with except soap. Shouldn't the sales lady have pointed this out at the point of sale. ( This product is suitable only for people who do not wear any other eye makeup.) *(I Suffer allergic reactions to eye makeup remover pads) An expensive mistake!
