I picked this up in my local Boots branch having always used other no. 7 mascaras without a problem. This one goes on lovely and really like the look but it is the most horrible product to take off. As other reviewers have said it clumps into fibres which end up all over your face and I even find some the following morning. Really not nice and outweighs the nice finish when wearing. I really hope Boots take notice of these reviews and adapt the formula.

I love No 7 skincare products so when I was topping up supplies I thought I would try a mascara and lash primer. This mascara certainly stays -lashes feel as if they are coated in plastic and even with a good eye makeup remover it is very hard to get off. And lashes do not look noticeably longer / fuller when applied.

It was thoroughly disappointing and a waste of money. My lashes looked as if there was no mascara on them and when I applied another coat it went on in little lumps. I had previously bought the other version of stay perfect mascara and loved it but this was supposed to be fantastic but was a real let down. The wand was a big part of the problem.

I was told it was clump and smudge free & waterproof. It was none of those things. I was told it does not contain those irritating fibres. It does. I tried this on one eye, my normal brand on the other. My brand was fine. This was not.

I really wanted to love this but having tried it for 3 weeks in hot humid weather I am disappointed. The problem is the applicator wand which doesn't work properly with long fine lashes, clumping them together and missing some completely. It is then very difficult to correct as it dries very quickly and can only be removed with a pad soaked in warm water. I will say that when it is on, it stays in place without smudging through humidity, tears and showers (though hair washing was too much of a challenge). If you have shorter lashes, this might be right for you, but until it comes with a better applicator, I am unlikely to buy it again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone with long lashes.

To say that one of the mascaras features is that it is non flaky, all this did was flake. It didn't stay on my lashes until the end of the day, instead flaked off by about 2pm. After application my eyelashes were glued together, the look you would expect from a cheaper branded mascara. I have had to buy a different mascara and this has put me off No7 mascaras.

It looks okay when it’s on but is a nightmare to remove. I only bought it because my usual was discontinued and the assistant recommended this as a good replacement. She said it coated the lashes and would slide off when I wanted to remove it. It comes of in bits with a lot of force!! Not using it again.

I cant tell you how disappointed I am with this mascara, I live in a very hot humid country and yes I agree the mascara stays put but it looks so bad who would want it to? lashes look short, stubby and stick together like they are glued.THEN you cant get it off! It does NOT come off easily at all and will NOT come off with eyemakeup remover so as I use that to remove other eye makeup using hot water is just another thing to add to the list and it takes ages, comes off in lumps and flakes which stick all over your face and go in your eyes. Gutted No 7!! Im sending it back!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, it makes my eyes itchy and my lashes all gritty. I normally buy all my cosmetics from No7 as I find them really good and well priced. This is the worst mascara I have had in your range, cant take it off at night with wipes, only soap and water and you have to scrub your eyes to get it off. Not good

Sold this by No7 consultant when I asked for something similar to Clinque Long Pretty Lashes. Nothing like it; my eyelashes are long however this clumps them together like spiders legs and somehow makes them look shorter! Is awful to take off. Even taking off with a cotton pad and warm water it pulls your eyelashes out. Never again!
