I love this mascara! I have been buying it for a few years now as for me there isn’t anything better. It doesn’t smudge or run down your face, no panda eyes with this one! It removes like a dream just use a wipe or damp cotton wool, the mascara comes off in little tubes making zero mess, perfect!

This has been the only mascara I can use for years. It’s definitely not for everyone and takes a bit of getting used to, but I won’t use anything else. Every other mascara I have ever tried comes off under my eyes after an hour, tops. Not this stuff - I can wear it all day with nary a smudge. It comes off easily with warm water, but there is a technique to it and I can understand some of the other frustrated reviews. Please No 7 don’t ever change or discontinue this - I will be devastated if you do!!

I used this years ago and thought it was a great everyday mascara however having switched back to it from lash extender (and recommending it to my mum) whatever the formula now is it’s absolutely dreadful. It clumps, does not apply evenly, when you try to comb through - creates a mess and when removing it takes your eyelashes with it. So disappointed in this product. Really gutted. No 7 need to address this as many unhappy customers. Will now switch to another brand

This is the best mascara I've ever used. Won't budge or smudge (seriously, I am someone who could smudge a tattoo), even under high-stress situations (I'm a singer & regularly wear this for performances) and comes away clean as a whistle. I've tried every kind of mascara from the cheapest to the most expensive, and this one is my absolute favorite! Nice thick but unclumpy black, stays put all day, and washes away without a problem. If only I could say the same for my liquid eyeliner... Highly recommended.

I've tried for the last 6 weeks to start loving this mascara but its just not happening. Its difficult to apply: if you use too much it just sticks your lashes together. The brush is awful: its uncomfortable to use as the 'bristles' are too short and stiff. I have quite long natural lashes and no matter what i try, my lashes seem to dry straight rather than with a nice curl. One good thing is if you wash your face with water ... it comes off very easily. However, try to remove it by any other means and its a completely different story! Would i recommend this to family and friends? Not if they want a pretty eye look, no!

I’ve been using this mascara for around a month now and I absolutely love it! I have tried literally every waterproof and smudge proof mascara yet always end up with a shadow under my lower lashes by 2pm and have to redo my face - not practical for me. Then I found the review of this one and it sounded ideal and at half the price of some of the others I had tried I gave it a go! Not a single smudge - ever! It is absolutely perfect for me. You must read the directions carefully for removal - reading some of the reviews I don’t think they have done this. It is a tubing mascara so forms a tube around your eye lash. To remove you need to soak a cotton wool pad in warm water, hold over your lashes for about 30 seconds or so then sweep downwards to remove. That’s it - no need for removers just water and cotton wool. Also comes off well in the shower. I can’t rate this highly enough. Please never discontinue this mascara Boots!!

I have spent the past 7 years trying to find a mascara that would stay on my lashes. Everything I bought, cheap to expensive, would flake off making me looking even more exhausted than the dark circles under my eyes already did. This mascara is a complete revelation as it stays on my lashes all day with no flaking or smudging, no matter what I do or what summer water fun my children throw at me. Well worth trying if you haven’t found a mascara with staying power.

Really disappointed in this mascara. Wand shape doesn't really work for me and the formula seems pretty poor too - goes on really clumpy and then flakes off as the day goes on. What a waste of money. Wouldn't recommend at all!
