This mascara does actually do what I wanted. My eyes water all the time and the waterproof one I was using before would start to flake after about a hour and look messy. It took me about 3 days to get used to applying this mascara but now I can get almost as good a lengthening effect. The huge benefit is that it stays on all day with no bits flaking, smudging or anything. The only weird thing is removal at night. Thankfully remembered the helpful No7 lady had told me that you use warm water and be gentle, plus it will look as if your eyelashes are coming off, but it is just the product. Now very happy with product and will stay with it.

Having used this for 2 weeks I just don't like it. It's the sort that looks like thin spider's legs. Great if you like that look, but I wanted a thicker look. Second or third coats only add to the legs as they become sticks. Removing for me is a pain. I use wipes to remove make-up. If you try that you will end up with no lashes at all, as it doesn't budge without pulling it off. If you use warm water, held with a cloth for 30 seconds it comes off easily in little tubes, but not for me. Wish they still did Lash 360.

I always buy No 7 mascara and have previously loved every one but what a disaster this one is! Spent nearly £13 on a mascara which is like applying superglue! - it immediately dries and sticks lashes together rather than having my normal seperate lash effect. Once in place it will not budge and you cannot seperate the lashes without washing off. Thought I may have got a bad batch but have just read the reviews and some had the same opinion! If only I had checked the reviews first! What a waste of money, I will never buy this again, nor would I recommend it. Avoid at all cost!!!!!

I have sensitive eyes and have used my previous mascara for many years. They improved it and now it effects my eyes. So I tried No 7 stay perfect mascara, Great product it does not smudge, Giving me long lashes and no clumps. and easy to remove, Good value for money.

I tried the black mascara and it was OK. I have fine eyelashes and it didn't do me any favours. It did honour it's claim to stay on all day and when it came to removal, just some warm water did the trick. It was alarming at first when tiny strips of mascara came off - I thought I had lost all my lashes. So don't panic like I did - the mascara comes off in tiny tubes which is novel. If you have thick long lashes then his product would be great.

This mascara definitely does what it says on the tin! It stays on, doesnt go crispy or flake and is easy to remove. I washed my hair with this mascara on and it was still on when i finished. Only problem is that it doesnt build volume

Very efficient brush adds high volume to my lashes. My lashes look instant long and curl. And it is so easy to remove. I used to use eye mascara remover to make it clean. but now I just need some warm water to save money. I recommend this product!

This is the first mascara I have ever had that is genuinely long lasting, because it does not smudge or come off easily. It is different from any other mascara I have tried before. The product dries in tubes on the eyelash, and only comes off with warm water. If I forget to remove it before going to bed, it looks exactly the same the next morning!! The only disadvantage is that if you are removing all make up from the face with a make-up remover, you need to separately wash this off with water, as make-up remover doesn't shift it. I will definitely buy this again.

Over the years I have been sick of having smudgy mascara leaving me with panda eyes after just a few hours of wear. I can't begin to type out all of the different brands I've tried, or calculate the money I've wasted on inferior products. Pros: I am totally amazed by this mascara. It's staying power is fantastic and it truly does stay put all day long (7am - 9pm). There is not a smudge, smear or flake at any point throughout the day. Super impressed. Cons: the wand is terrible. I would suggest you invest in some disposable wands with thick bristles so that you can almost paint from the original wand to the disposable one. You'll achieve a far more natural results that way (unless you like spider lashes, in which case use the wand it comes with).

I really like this product, the applicator brush enables you to cover every lash. My lashes looked definitely longer and more defined. So look wise perfect! It is definitely smudgeproof/waterproof - that was a fantastic feature! I wore this product for my sister's wedding and it did not budge for the whole day and stays looking perfect (even when it was accidentally left on all night -oops!). Removal is slightly more of a hassle than other mascaras as you have to hold a cotton pad/flannel over the eye for 30 secs - I found 20 secs was long enough. It was a bit of a shock the first time I removed it as I though my eyelashes were falling out but it is just how the mascara comes away from your lashes - in lines as well as bits - so it is not your actual lashes falling out! I got used to this and found that the product actually comes away quite easily. To be honest for the sake of 20-30 secs to have a product that stays put is worth it! I will definitely keep using it and it definitely has a place in my makeup collection!
