This mascara is fabulous as a waterproof, resilient product. For extra long and thick lashes it'snot so great though. However, what I found after a few goes was that if I wanted to apply more than one coat to make lashes appear thicker I needed to do it quickly as the mascara dries really quickly onto the lashes. It really doesn't budge either. Tears, sweat, rubbing, sleeping - none of these made the product smudge. Removal is easy and painless using warm water.

This mascara is brilliant for being smudge proof. Although I don't find it very volumizing, it did lengthen my eyelashes and did not give me panda eyes like some mascara do. The brush is small which is brilliant for reaching shorter eyelashes. This mascara can be removed by using a cotton pad with warm water, however, I still find that using makeup remover is even more effective. Overall, a good mascara which separates the eyelashes and does not budge.

I used to love no. 7 stay perfect mascara, then they stopped selling it. Therefore when I saw it re-released I was so pleased. Well I'm very disappointed, the plastic brush is scratchy and after wearing for a few hours it's so annoying. It doesn't smudge but instead seems to become so dry on your eyes I just want to get it off. Why did it have to be changed? Such s shame...

This product is perfect for a natural look. It applies smoothly onto the lashes and can be built up to create more volume. The brush applies the mascara evenly across the lashes without clumping. Even though it's great how this stays on all day and doesn't smudge, it was a bit of a nuisance to remove. It comes off with warm water as instructed, but this left black clumps all around my eyes, which then had to be removed with cotton wool and cleanser. This is a minor issue for a great mascara though!

This mascara is brilliant. It didn't smudge and it lasted all day, the brush is small and easy to use. I like it that the effect is quite discreet not looking fake, it added just the right amount of volume for me. As it doesn't require makeup remover, I just washed it away in the shower. Brilliant!

Stay Perfect mascara is great unless you swim in warm water. We spent last weekend at Center Parcs ans were in warm water for a long time. Every time I wiped my eyes, mascara came off (just like it does at night when I use warm water), so don't use it unless you are swimming in cold water.

I was going to buy a cheaper mascara but the shop assistant convinced me to buy this one... I'm SO glad I did, its seriously everything-proof, I only wanted a waterproof mascara for my holiday but I will be using this all the time. You do need a couple of coats for BIG lashes but I think that is worth it considering so many other mascaras give me black marks on my eyelids where my eyelashes hit the eyelid - none of that with this mascara - you can get seriously sweaty and it wont budge. awesome.

There’s not a whole lot of difference really. I like my mascara to be quite natural looking but ideally to actually have a visible effect. It offered zero volume even after multiple coats. It says it’s “life proof", that you can even wear it whilst at the gym. So after a long work out, it was disappointing to see little flakes of it just under my eyes and as for it being smudge proof, it does stay on relatively well but not well enough to live up to that claim. It can only be removed with warm water which is abit of a pain if you just want to take it all off with a make up wipe. Doesn’t budge whatsoever with a wipe. Although it comes off in little tubes, you do have to double check you have them all otherwise you’ll wake up in the morning with clogs in the corner of your eye from the residue and still be pulling the tubes off.

This has got to be the worst mascara I have tried. Instantly made my lashes clump together in thin spidery lengths. I'm not sure if its the current heatwave but they looked very dried out and frazzled.

And I’ve tried them all. From the amazing ones like Lancôme and Nars to the decent drug store buys like maybelline and Rimmel. I got suckered into buying this for a free gift. It is horrible to get off, it flakes even when it’s fresh and it’s not even a good mascara. I have long lashes and I found this excruciatingly frustrating to apply. It was like it was 10 years old and dry! Avoid!
