This mascara is brilliant. I have been using it since it was launched. Up to then I have never found one that didnl leave me with black smudges under the eyes that made me look as if I hadn't slept for a week or was absolutely tired. You do have to be quick when applying and the best way to do it is to keep using long sweeping strokes to the end of the lashes and curling upwards. Once it is dry you cannot add any more. It comes off by using hot water only on a cleansing pad and it does look on the pad as if your lashes are coming off but trust me they aren't - it is just that the mascara when applied dries like a tube around your lash so when you take it off it is these little tubes that you see on the pad. In addition i have blocked tear ducts and the slightest bit of cold weather makes my eyes water. So in the past after a walk I would come home with mascara all round and under my eyes. I tried high end market mascaras costing much more (£23) that promised no smudging or smearing but none ever worked. This mascara stays put and does not budge until you take it off with hot water. My only hope is that it is not discontinued as often happens when you find something this good.

Im really surprised by some of the negative comments on this - I think its an amazing product ! Its best for day wear - it does not give you massive lashes - it drys quick so you can only do one coat . . . . . What it DOES do , is stay put - it will not smudge , flake, or rub off, and you NEVER EVER get panda eyes. This is not a marketing claim, in my experience, it is totally true. Its impossible to smudge - even when Ive worn it in a swimming pool. Its a bit odd the first time you wash it off (which is v easy) - it just slides of, so there are little black mascara lashes in the sink! - On a girls weekend away, my friends gathered round the sink to watch me wash my face, to see just how amazing it was ! For a lasts all day, cope with everything, never worry about a smudge, this is the best mascara I have ever used. This is the first time I am going to buy the same mascara twice.

This mascara is amazing!! It never ever smudges, stays on all day long despite me doing a physical job which involves a lot of looking downwards, and comes off so easily with a face cloth and some warm water- I just hold the wet cloth over my eyelid for around 20-30 seconds and hey presto it all comes off. My eyelashes feel super healthy, look amazing and I never worry about panda eyes anymore. Can even get my bottom lashes done now. A very happy customer. My cousin told me about this product and I tell all my girlfriends now too!!

I have one eye that waters almost continuously (for no apparent reason according to the optometrist) so waterproofing is crucial for my mascara, I also have oily eyelids which doesn't help either. I've been using this mascara in brown/black for about 6 months, I have long, thickish lashes so am not looking for something buildable for day time use so only doing one coat works for me, once on, as long as I don't rub my eyes, it stays put. It gives decent coverage, not a false lash effect but more than enough for work. Taking it off takes a little practice, you have to hold a well soaked warm cloth/cottonwool over your eyes for quite a few seconds before the rubbery coating slides off, don't try to rush it or you end up pulling at your eyes and risk pulling lashes off too. If you use a hot cloth cleanser it'll fit right in with your cleansing routine and it is simple as it doesn't take any special lotions or potions.

Needed good mascara for holiday in Florida to withstand the water parks, heat and humidity without giving me Panda eyes. Friend recommended this mascara and she was so right! Spent whole day in water, with head under water too, and mascara did not budge! However when you do want to remove it, all you need is to wet your make up wipe, put on eyes for few seconds and mascara peels away easily! It is genius!! Now I use it every day, months after holiday, no panda eyes, mascara looks perfect after long day at the office too, will never buy another one! So far the mascara also last long, been using it for 3 months every single day and quite thick layer too and it's still perfect.

This did nothing for me. Once applied you could hardly see my lashes.

Whilst this mascara goes on well and cover the lashes in one go it's not the coverage I usually like. Taking the mascara off is so simple with warm water, hold the cotton pad over eyes then wipe away. The mascara comes off in the small 'tube' like shapes that it coats the eyelashes in without any rubbing or sore eyes. The mascara itself gives a good natural coating and the colour is a good deep black. However that said I did find it difficult to layer up as I prefer a more 'wow' look with my mascara. So for natural girls out there this is a really great mascara for me... its more so so.

I have to admit that my first impression was not good - it sticks the lashes together slightly rather than making them natural and volumised. But after using it a few times, it has now become my favourite mascara. The biggest plus is that it stays put however much it rains or you rub your eyes, but you can remove it easily even if you don't have an eye make-up remover at hand. But I also like the way it looks. Overall, very happy with it.

I wore Stay Perfect mascara through a 10k mud & obstacle race ( The Wolf Run) & it didn't budge!! Amazing product!!

Wow, no idea how this product works but it does! The claim its smudge proof it so is! Being a contact lens wearer mascara often annoys as it flakes and you then rub eyes causing running. No more! It can rain, you can have a shower and it doesn't come off till you get the magic hot water and cotton wool pad then it vanishes off..Great product. Highly recommend trying.
