Love the metallic soft khaki green colour of the camouflage with a little sparkle. goes on very well and lasts all day. no idea why there is a smudger the other end as it doesnt smudge at all but love it all the same. only downside i would say it that it doesnt quite glide on like others, you do have to rub a little to enhance the colour but still lovely. i would recommend the NYX slide on glide on pencils as those really do what they say on the tin!!

I'm really surprised to see so many bad reviews. I have been using this product for quite some time now and have seen no change in it. It goes on easily, the smudger works perfectly and it stays put once on, although I've always put tiny bit of powder on top to set any eyeliner. Also, although it is called 'blackest', because of the slight sparkle it is much softer than straight black, and obviously the handy smudger means that you can soften it to your liking. As with any pencil eyeliner, make sure that it is not too cold when you try to apply it, and ensure there isn't other make up build up. The easiest way to do this is to tuck it in your bra when you start your make up! If you do apply over other make up and there is build up on the tip, give it a turn in a sharpener.

I was excited to get these to try out as a Christmas present. Having always used Clinique they had stopped my colour so I needed to go elsewhere. However these are terrible. They apply on to my hand but the second I try to put them on top of my makeup on my eyelid they do not draw anything. Completely pointless. I advise you to go elsewhere and not purchase these. What a disappointment.

I used to use this khaki pencil and it was fab, but having run out I bought another now with the sponge tip, to find it impossible to use! It isn't soft and creamy at all! It's rock solid, there is no gliding as advertised as it doesn't go on and hurts my eyes if I try to press on . This renders the soonge tip totally useless! It's now a dreadful product, I have to find a khaki pencil in another brand. Boots no 7, you've let yourself down!

Have used this product for a number of years as I love the colour and it is hard to find. The old version was ok to apply, a little soft at warm times but preferable to this newer version which is so hard, it hurts to apply (I do have sensitive eyes though). I can't get the depth of colour as you have to go over the same line several times and it's too uncomfortable. Gutted! And more so as I bought quite a few in case they finished the colour as so often happens with a favourite.

Doesn't blend as easily as it used to. The length of the pencil is misleading - the 'lead' so to speak, only goes half way down. The rest of the barrel is just a void so you will find when you get to the one third used point, what is left of the lead (product) will just continuously drop down. Result is that my eyes look okay (for a while!) but i... feel rather made a fool of in that I have twice now paid 'a certain price' for a long classy looking pencil (the sort you might consider paying 'an above average' price for) only to find it is designed to 'make the sale' rather than give the customer the suggested worth of 'actual' quality product.

Omg bought this yesterday it's so hard to put on and the tip doesn't go any bigger..thank God I had a voucher or I would take it back ...if you want a great eyeliner get loreal. .I've tried loads and wasted so much money..really disappointed.

Fairly easy to apply. The colour is very nice and lasts a long time. I did find it hard to remove at the end of the day even with waterproof eye make up remover.

Sometime ago I had a freebie mauve eye pencil in this range. It was very smooth and creamy and very easy to apply. So I went and bought a blue one. Had to return it the day after buying it as it was so hard I couldn't make a mark without pressing really hard - which obvioulsy drags the skin around the eyes. I can't speak for the other colours in the range, but I'm not about to try another in case I encounter the same problem. Very disappointed with this pencil, considering its price.

Not happy after spending £7.50/ LOVED the application of the pencil and loved the smokey look it gave to the eye However does not sharpen at all and therefore you do not get full use from the pencil because it just breaks. NO NO NO!
