I have used the pink soothing cleanser since it first came out, so was surprised to find it had been discontinued. The No 7 lady told me this new product was a replacement, well it means now I have to look elsewhere for a cleanser and toner. I suffer a great deal with my highly sensitive skin and this latest product has caused red patches and dryness, the likes that I haven’t seen for years. Since purchasing I then read the reviews from users who are anything but happy. Such a shame as the cleansing products were brilliant, sadly not in this instance.

Not suitable for sensitive skin, I used to love my old cleanser. I actually returned this item then contacted boots as my skin was a mess wouldn’t want it to happen to anyone else.

I have used soft & soothed for many years. The best make up remover for my skin. I am very disappointed it has been discontinued and replaced with the nourishing cleansing lotion. It is not as gentle or as good. I will be looking for an alternative product. Please consider bringing back soft & soothed.

Like many other reviewers, I have used No. 7 products for many years and loved the cleanser in the pink pack. This new one in the purple pack is awful, and makes my skin feel tight and dry and sore. Very disappointed and looking for a new brand.
