I am so sad that the old cleanser has been discontinued. This new version has given me dreadful ache as my skin is so sensitive.

Not suitable for sensitive skin, I used to love my old cleanser. I actually returned this item then contacted boots as my skin was a mess wouldn’t want it to happen to anyone else.

I have been using the pink Soft and Soothed cleanser for years and absolutely loved it. I have very dry, sensitive skin with rosacea and this was absolutely the best thing I have ever used on my skin. I tried the new Radiant Results Cleansing Lotion in the blue bottle and was bitterly disappointed as it made my skin and eyes sting. Please, please bring back the old Soft and a Soothed cleanser Boots as I’m going to have to shop elsewhere and haven’t yet managed to find anything that come close to your lovely pink cleanser, it was, as the name implied, so soothing for my sensitive skin.

I have used this product for years, after going into my local boots store to purchase another one of these, they have changed the packaging the sales advisor told me the new one was the same but different packaging (which it isn't, it has different ingredients). After using the new packaging one, my skin was horrendous! I cannot use the new one anymore! And No7 have stopped the old version now too. Please please bring back the old one! I struggle with my skin as it is. Very disappointed!

This made me break out in small red spots. I’ve just got my skin back to normalish and this has ruined it. It’s contains paraffin liquiduim which clogs pores which I should of known before trying. Will never again use. I have combination spot prone skin. Bring back the original product which I had no problem with.

I bought this because I had a £5 off no7 voucher and needed a cleanser but now I won’t buy anything else. It’s a reasonable price but performs as well as some of the famous higher end HCC creams. I apply on dry skin then massage and rinse off with a flannel soaked in hot water. Skin feels so soft and clean, not at all dry or tight, and looks bright and clear. I think this is a quiet hero product. Fab.

I used to use the pink version of this, didn’t really do much to help the tiny breakouts. I moved on to high end products, not really much difference, supermarket brands, still no difference. I saw this in boots last week thought I’d give it a go - no spots get are clearing up I can’t believe it. My skin looks the best it has done in years. I can’t believe it, I’m really chuffed with this.

Unlike most cleansers that I've used (including other No7 ones), this does remove my makeup with one application and without leaving my skin feeling tight. It calms, feels good when applying and can be rinsed away, so is easy to remove.

I have used soft & soothed for many years. The best make up remover for my skin. I am very disappointed it has been discontinued and replaced with the nourishing cleansing lotion. It is not as gentle or as good. I will be looking for an alternative product. Please consider bringing back soft & soothed.

I too am really disappointed by the new cleansing product. Having used Soft and Soothed Cleanser for years I would have stockpiled it if I'd known it was going out of production. The new product is astringent and, worse, perfumed, why add fragrance to a cleanser? (Or any lotion), very disappointing.
