I walked into Boots for my usual soft and soothing No7 cleanser to be told you had discontinued it. I have to admit I was disappointed as I have used it as others have commented since you very first placed it on your shelves. Having sensitive skin is a major issue so we don't normally change things when something works. As this was now out of my control, I listened to one of your advisors who kindly tried some on my hand and small part of my face. She agreed she had herself always loved soft and soothing pink cleanser but was now a convert. I went away convinced I would be disappointed but how wrong I was. I'm truly in love with this product. It is wonderfully cooling on your skin as well reducing any redness that may be there. If it was possible to please everyone, then it would be good to have both products on the shelf. I myself will always choose Radiant Results Nourising Cleansing Lotion as I can recommend it to anyone Well done Boots. Yet another winner

I have been using this since they discontinued the soft and soothed cleanser. Both my daughters who have also used the S&S since they were younger have left no7 products as they were not impressed. Its ok Im still using it as no7 is ok for my sensitive skin. Its now been out of stock for a while so I too have had to find a new cleanser. Sorry Boots after 30 years Ive finally gone. Why change a popular product that works. Just look at the reviews.

Like many other reviewers, I have used No. 7 products for many years and loved the cleanser in the pink pack. This new one in the purple pack is awful, and makes my skin feel tight and dry and sore. Very disappointed and looking for a new brand.

Having been a fan of the No 7 gentle cleansing range for many years, I could not understand why my face became red and blotchy, three trips to the doctors later, hydro-cortisone cream....then betnovate cream....it turns out its the Boots cleanser...ladies...stay clear.

This product just isn't as good as the sensitive skin cleanser which I'd been using for over 25 years. It didn't cause me any issues but it doesn't take off make up as well as the old product used to.

I have used the pink soothing cleanser since it first came out, so was surprised to find it had been discontinued. The No 7 lady told me this new product was a replacement, well it means now I have to look elsewhere for a cleanser and toner. I suffer a great deal with my highly sensitive skin and this latest product has caused red patches and dryness, the likes that I haven’t seen for years. Since purchasing I then read the reviews from users who are anything but happy. Such a shame as the cleansing products were brilliant, sadly not in this instance.

The only radiant results from this skincare product is an radiant splattering of spots! Very disappointed with this product after using previous no. 7 products for years

I have been using No7 Soft & Soothed Gentle Cleanser for several years. I understand it has now been discontinued and replaced with this cleanser. I was very disappointed that this cleanser contains perfume (quite strong smelling) and that my skin felt quite uncomfortable after using it. I do not consider that I have sensitive skin. Please bring back the Soft and Soothed Gentle Cleanser. Unfortunately I am now going to have to find a new cleanser.

Really disappointed that my usual pink cleanser is discontinued.l find Radiient results so much more harsher(not immediately but after several uses) My skin ,especially near my eyes is inflamed dry and sore
