Have used Boots skin creams for many years. This is the worst ever. When I put makeup on top and try to blend it in it peels off like plastic. I complained in store, but apparently it is my fault (despite having used face creams all my life!) I was told to dab it on instead of smoothing it on. Surprise, surprise, it still leaves a sticky mess on my finger and peels off my face. What do I do to get a refund?

Have used and loved the Protect & Perfect range for a long time but seeing this new range ( and having just hit 60!!) thought I would give it a try. The consultant, bless her, didn't think I was old enough for it - shows how good NO7 is!! Having persuaded her that I was, I bought the day cream and haven't regretted it. My 90 year old mother, today commented, how calm and dewy my skin looked. As a farmer I spend most of my life out in all weathers, so that sort of comment can't be bad. Well done NO7, what would we do without you?!

I am very impressed with this product. It goes on easily, takes a while to be absorbed, but produces excellent results. My skin looks radiant, and appears smoother in texture, and - as I'm 61 - that's a good benefit! The UVA and SPF protection are important, and I am getting the same, if not better results as using very expensive products. Tremendous value and I would certainly recommend to others.

I have only just changed to using Restore and Renew. Having tipped the big 6 0 a few years ago I still found it difficult to admit I was no longer in the first bloom of youth. Been using the product now for ten weeks and I can really feel the difference. I had always looked after my skin and did not think it was so bad, but the change is obvious to me and to others. I can feel the difference and I have had several comments about how well I am looking. I am one happy customer and I can definitely say I will not be stopping using Restore and Renew day cream.

Having run out of my previous batch of Restore and Renew day cream, I was hesitant to re-order after reading the negative reviews. A very helpful lady in the Matlock branch of Boots allowed me to try a sample and although it does feel very different on the skin, being a thicker consistency, it feels lovely. I use it daily and have had no allergic reaction from my very sensitive skin. Be prepared for it to feel different and just smooth it lightly onto the skin. I for one am not at all disappointed with the change in formula.

I bought this with my mothers day money, a gift from my daughter, to replace one she has bought me before as i liked it so much. However, the formula has been changed. And i dont like this new cream at alll. Makes my skin feel dry. A complete waste of precious money.

I have used No.7. Moisturiser for many many years, I do not like like the recent Improvement. The moisturiser is too thick and leaves my skin feeling dry and stiff. I have tried for a few week since too see if it improved with time, it has not. I won’t be purchasing again and will have to find an alternative.

Used to love this cream, now it leaves my skin dry! Never buying it again

I've used this product before and have been very pleased with it. What on earth have you done to it? Reading the reviews I'm afraid there's no way I'm going to chance it again.

I switched to the Restore & Renew collection about six weeks ago on the recommendation of a friend, as my premium brand skincare was no longer cutting the mustard for my post menopausal skin. I was sceptical, but managed to get a good deal on the day & night moisturisers, serum and eye cream, thanks to the 3 for 2 deal and a money off voucher, so went for it. I have to say I am absolutely delighted with the results, after six weeks of use, my skin tone is more even, my skin looks plumper and wrinkles are definitely filling out. The collection is highly fragranced which I was a little concerned about as my skin is quite sensitive but I have had no reaction whatsoever and find the products to be very soothing on my skin.
