Bring the old restore and renew one back in. This product I don't like at all. smells horrible texture is different. I have to make sure my face is damp first then I apply the cream, a little goes a long way. The old one I saw a big difference in my skin this one is like a big no no. If boots are reading this please bring the old one back

I've been using the Restore and Renew Day Cream for many years but this new formula is nothing like the original. Left my skin dull, grey looking and dry so I just had to give up on it. I now have the onerous task of trying to find a new moisturizer!

Have used No7 Restore and Renew for a while and have been very happy with the product up till now. The new formulation seems thicker than before, doesn't sink in as fast and my skin feels less hydrated. Very disappointing, will not be purchasing again! (I have given the product one star purely for the SPF.)

Have used restore and renew for a few years and it was great for my dry skin however this cream has recently changed and now it comes off in clumps ,it bobbles up and I have bits all over my face ,it's awful and I'm so dissapointed in the change , does anyone from boots actually read these reviews ? Please bring back the old cream your customers are not happy .would like a response to this please .

I have been using the original Restore and Renew for years, and was unsure about trying the new formula, after reading the reviews. Should have saved my money. Find Cream is a lot thicker and very drying on my skin even using a primer ,my foundation goes bitty. When you got a good product why change it.

I have been using Restore & Renew Day Cream for last 6 years. I absolutely loved it. Absorbed into my sjkin leaving it soft, nourished and dewy?? I brought it back in July...but had a completely different experience WHATS HAPPENED?? Its viscosity has changed. It doesn't absorb into the skin as well. Not as rich and nourishing. Not moisturising in texture It is leaving my skin drier..definitely not dewy. And leaves a residue of dry particles on my skin. Awful. Bring back the old formula that I loved. I am changing my moisturizer . Will have to look at the other No7 products as I normally love the range. This is definitely not the same Restore & renew...more like Dry & Brittle!!!

I’ve used No 7 moisturiser, in tandem with with their serum and eye creams, for years. I’ll stick with the serum and eye creams but I won’t be buying any more of the moisturiser, particularly the sort I need for ‘mature’ skin. Like other reviewers, I’ve found this one, like some of the others, just sits on top of the skin and then gathers into very visible little ‘balls’ that I’m constantly having to pick away. Not attractive!

I have used this cream since it came out and as I have a very dry skin have bought lots and lots. WILL NOT be buying anymore it's awful! The cream is thicker and drags on the skin and makes my face look dry, dull and pasty -HATE IT please revert to the original or I'm sure Boots will lose lots of sales.

I have used this cream for several years and it has been excellent, however my latest purchase is a completely different story. It now has a very dense texture, is difficult to spread, leaves a thick shiny film on my face and make up just cakes and goes into little balls! Oh dear, I think Boots have lost my trust in their products as this does not work.

My skin has become really dry after using the whole range of Restore and Renew. I have always bought the No7 skin range, and up until now I have found them very good for my skin. The night cream is very thick and drags across the skin as you apply it. I am so annoyed I bought the whole range, thinking it was going to be as good as the rest of the No7 skin care ranges.
