I've become a bit of a number 7 convert after using Clinique for many years. I purchased this product because I have quite pale legs that never seem to tan. I don't like spray tans and wouldn't use a sunbed. I've tried other versions of moisturising/tan and they tend to either be too dark and streaky or too smelly. You also tend to have to use it over a few days to build a tan up. This product doesn't make you smell (I almost didn't purchase because when I smelled the product in the bottle before purchase I didn't like the smell, but don't be fooled as there is no lingering smell when it's on your body). I only have to use the once, in the evening and the next day I have a lovely, light, natural looking colour to my legs without streaks. It's also very moisturising. It's definatly worth buying, especially if you have some £5 skin care vouchers as this will make it as cheap as the cheaper versions.

Have used this after a shower every night for two weeks. Colleagues at work have asked if I have been using a sunbed as the colour is a lovely golden brown. Smell is biscuty but not overpowerful. Will definately be buying this product again.

Really pleased with product. It has given me a very light tan which is what I wanted. I use it every day after my shower, all over my body and it is my legs that have tanned the most. It wouldn't be any good for someone wanting a deep colour. My only complaint is it does have that smell that all tan lotions have but it isn't as fragrant as others I have used. 9/10

I quite like this product however the pump is totally useless as it doesn't squirt out enough. I have had to remove the top. Apart from that it seems to work. It is quite a natural tan.

An excellent product - does not seem to leave a smell on the skin and tints my pale skin to a natural look. Have been using this product since it came on No. 7 shelves - certainly recommend it to pale skins!!

I am normally a big fan of No7 for makeup and cosmetics but this product really is a let down : It smells like fake tan used to in the 90's The pump action on the bottle would be more suitable for face cream , it takes an age to get enough cream on your hand to cover a tiny areas of your body I appreciate it is supposed to be gradual but there really is no colour at all even after several applications It is also twice as expensive ( per ml ) as other brands and far less satisfactory and effective .

Very pale and sensitive skin. No reaction and after about 3 applications I can see a very mild sunkissed glow. This is perfect for my pale skin. I imagine this is not a product for medium or more olive skin tones x

I am really pale and bought this to glow before my holiday. It has taken me 3 applications to get a satisfactory colour which I expected. First application smelt awful but second and third did not smell as bad. A bit more expensive than Dove but a very nice brown glow rather than a yellowish colour. Nice colour for my holiday and skin is hydrated.

For me worked but i have a very pale skin colour. This is my 6th day using it. Its give u a light tan colour so if u wana look chocolate ;-) it's not for u. then i recommend soltan beautiful bronze. I m really happy with this product. The best my linen is still white ;-) Smell is oke.

For me this is one of the best gradual tanners. (I have tried many) My skin does not tan easily and I find putting this on after sun bathing is great. It enhances the natural tan giving a lovely colour. It does not have a strong smell like a lot of other gradual tan creams and I find it goes on easily and keeps my skin moisturized. Even when not going in the sun this cream gives a lovely sun kissed colour. Thanks Boots for an excellent product. Will keep on buying.
