I applied this at work today and like other reviewers, the first thing that hit me was the smell. I waved my hands in a colleague's face to see what they thought. "Your hands smell of fish." she said. I agreed. I washed my hands.

I have very dry skin and have tried several hand creams. no7 is the best .if ever run out and used different i can tell wiyhin days and afto rush out to get no7 hand cream.nothing compares.i have been using this product for approx 12 monyhs now

I have used No.7 hand cream over the years and was satisfied with it (even though it never smelled particularly nice). However, the new day hand cream (as well as the night one) smells very, very bad, to the point that after applying it, I have to keep my hands as far away from my nose as possible. Can anything be done about the smell? It will immediately raise the product rating, I am sure.

Im a big fan of all the No 7 Protect and Perfect products and use them daily, bought a tube of this handcream about a year ago and have just received a free gift including some more. Same problem both times it smells of FISH! Nice cream, does the job, horrid smell.

I was dubious about buying this after reading some of the reviews but being 37 with hands that resembled someone of about 60 I thought it was worth a try - and I haven't been dissappointed. The cream is a litle bit greasy for about 5 mintes but then it absorbs into your hands and it's fine. I noticed a difference after just a couple of uses (softer, less dry, more elasticity, faded age spots and younger looking) and that was just using it morning and night, and the effect lasts even if you forget to use it for a day or two. 4 weeks or so later I am really pleased with the results.

absolutely love this cream, requested it as a christmas gift after using a little sample i'd been given. only one problem: doesn't smell great at all :-( doesn't put me off using it, however...

This hand cream is SUPERB and even better if you use it with the moisture gloves and leave it on over night,would recommend getting two pairs of them so you can rinse one pair out cheap at twice the price. I use it every night and two or three times a week with the gloves.

got this cream as part of a free gift,my hands were really dry and rough,i used all my other creams to no avail ,then remembered i had this....absolutely brill ! wont be using any other as from now.

I used this product and it does fade brown age marks - but its very greasy and gives the hands a shiny unattractive appearance for some time before it soaks in. Pity because it does what its supposed to.
