Boots I don't know what you have done to this product but it is now horrible to say the least. Firstly the smell is really awful, it smells of cheap oil and nothing else, no delicate smell like the original Blissful body wash which I really loved and bought regularly. Secondly I hate the packaging, it simply does not fit in with the No 7 brand which I consider to be an indulgent brand, this looks cheap and nasty and like something in a pound shop. I had half a shower with this before giving up and then finished my shower with a Sanctuary body wash which I will now be buying in future. Boots you seriously need to look at this product because you will be losing a lot of customers who, like me, have bought and loved this before you changed everything about it and just like me they will be buying something else. You have made a very big mistake.

Left my skin feeling soft and moisturised but didn't like the smell

Smells awful. Once. You have used it and dried yourself it gives of a weird smell. However it does leave your skin nice and supple but the smell is off putting. Not worth the price at all

I loved the Blissful Body Wash and Completely Quenched Body Lotion. The smell was delicious, it used to linger all day long and always made me feel very special. I waited for the No 7 Ultimate Collection to be on special offer again and bought one. What a disappointment. The new body wash/moisturising lotion does not have a nice smell to it. Please can we have the old one back?

I was expecting indulgent bathing but unfortunately I was not promised this....first time user of this product and although it did leave my skin feeling moisturised (doesn't dry out as much as other strong shower gels can) I was not a fan of the scent - it smelled like artificial citrus! Improve the scent and you'll have a great product.

This body wash is really really nice it smells amazing. I've read some other reviews and I can't agree on what they have put as I've not use the no 7 range before now so I can't comment on what it was like. But I've used this and its really nice and smells amazing.

As I've never used a no7 body wash before I used this with fresh eyes. The product itself was lovely and thick and it did lather and was well with out irritating my dry/sensitive skin and did leave my skin lovely and soft. The smell wasn't too unpleasant, though it did smell a little like cheaper, overly fragrances body-washes. I didn't mind the packaging so much, though it does look a little out of place with the rest of no7's products and I'm not sure I could all it 'indulgent bathing'. It's good enough as a bog-standard body wash but terribly overpriced.

I have never used this product prior to being asked to reveiw it so can't compare to the older version as most of the reveiws have. I find the product good, leaving my skin soft and cleansed but the smell of it isn't the best.

The fragrance is really disappointing and smells cheap and stale, nothing like the original product which was lovely. I wouldn't buy this product again because of that. However, the foaming was great and skin felt moisturised afterwards. Shame about the fragrance :(
