Absolutely useless super expensive little tube of serum that has done nothing at all to remove my dark spots on my face. Have religiously used for almost two months and NOTHING. Please do not waste your money because like others are saying it does not work. Total rip off..and I would give it no stars at all but I am not allowed to give it less than one star. Very disappointed Boots.

Very expensive but still bought it to try, but does not work at all.

I can’t describe how disappointed I am with this product. I bought it as soon as it was available and have used it twice a day ever since. I’m now on my 2nd tube and can honestly say there isn’t a scrap of difference to my dark spots. I keep thinking maybe I haven’t given it long enough but all the blurb about it says results will show within 2 weeks. Well, it’s more like 2 (3?) months now and nothing is different. I will carry on using it till the tube is empty but certainly won’t be buying any more of it. What a waste of money!!!

Unfortunately I have to add my voice to the list of people that this product just did not work for. I am a fan of No7 and usually find their products to be of good quality. I think if you buy a product which is sold to target a specific area then you should expect to see some results. I also returned mine and after a grilling from 3 separate people about how I applied it and when, I finally got a refund. I think the fact I have two big dark partches still visible on my face should be proof enough.

Useless product at an exorbitant price. Used every LAST drop and not one bit of difference to my dark spots. This serum is a waste of money and I would say that it was probably purchased by a lot of ladies of my age who were willing to give it a try.

I am middle aged and have two age spots on my cheek bones. I used the product religiously twice a day for 6 weeks....absolutely NO change at all! I am sure about this because I have a shade chart from a previous No7 product and therefore I was able to compare the colour of my dark patches with the chart. My purchase was made when the product was new out and full price at £38. If I had been able to see all the negative reviews that there are now, I wouldn’t have raised my expectations or spent the money. I did return my product back to my local Boots store and got a full refund, so I would urge anyone else who is disappointed to do the same.

I bought a single tube ,then went on to buy a further 3 for two ,Im now on the second of the three ,and have applied the serum morning and night for 7weeks. No change at all on my brown spots .

I purchased a month ago and apply morning and night. Absolutely no change to my skin. Dont waste your money, wish I had read reviews before I purchased.

I bought this a month ago, finished the whole tube. It doesn’t make any difference to my dark spots on my face, even the lightest spot still here after over 4 weeks usage.

Like so many other reviewers, I have been using this product for 1 month with absolutely no difference to my pigmentation mark whatsoever. I'm afraid this is another example of hype and that is why it is a 'top seller'. Save your money ladies! I would prefer to give this product zero stars.
