I bought this on the basis of seeing good review here (this was a couple of months ago), but I'm afraid it has not worked for me at all. I used it religiously for 3 weeks, twice a day but have seen no difference.

This is a con. It does not work has nothing in it that will actually remove a dark spot. Might help stop it getting worse but will never remove any spot. Buy a lemon and boots should recall this product

I so wanted this to work and I'm glad that I didn't pay the full price because I had a discount Boots voucher. Nearly at the end of the tube and there hasn't been any difference at all in the darker spots I used this on. I tested it on a large spot, a couple of medium-sized sports and some smaller ones. No difference at all. So very disappointing.

I’m 35 with fair skin. I have 2 melasma spot so on my upper cheeks which I am extremely self conscious about. I also have some sun spot pigmentation on my upper lip line. I have been trialling this product for 5 weeks now, applying twice a day at first and then I tried 4 times a day. There has been no change whatsoever. I took before and after photos under a microscope. Very disappointed for the cost. I wasn’t expecting the spots to disappear but fading as advertised would of lifted my confidence no end.

I have used the whole tube on my dark spots and it has had no effect whatsoever. Very disappointing

This product does not work. I have been using it day and night exactly as stated and have seen no improvement. It is a waste of money.

I have used this product for the past six months on my pigment spots and haven’t noticed any improvement.

I bought this serum in July and had high hopes of it making a difference to a couple of sun/age spots on my face. Applied it morning and night per the instructions which has resulted in absolutely no change. Unfortunately, the serum has been an expensive waste of money.

I have a significant brown spot right in the middle of my cheek and I would love to get rid of it. So I spent nearly £40 on this miracle cream/serum. Used it twice today but it has not made a blind bit of difference to my dark spot. *** Do not waste your money on this.*** I have been using No7 products for about 20 years and never ever have I felt that I’ve wasted my money until now. Boots how do I go about requesting a refund for this product that just doesn’t work?

I bought this Dark Spot Correcting serum at the end of April and have used it regularly, as directed, on four different areas on my face and neck. Unfortunately I can see no lightening of the areas whatsoever. Boots products are usually so reliable but this one really disappoints, especially at £38; a complete waste of time and money.
