I have used the dark spot correcting serum as per the instructions for the last 6 weeks and have seen no noticeable difference. if there had been even a slight difference I would have bought a second serum and persevered. However I feel that it has been a waste of money and time.

As someone who has even tried laser treatment for dark spots (which resulted in some improvement but not much) I was sceptical that a cream could do anything. I applied it religiously according to the instructions, applying to one dark spot on one side of my face and none to one I have on the other so that I could see if there was any benefit. The cream did nothing and it's expensive. Please do not waste your money.

I used some of my loyalty points from my boots card on this product in May 2019 what a complete waste.I faithfully used it twice a day with absolutely no improvement.I have used various no.7 products and have always been very happy with the results Never again.

I have had exactly the same experience as [almost] everyone else....despite using this product twice daily since April 2019, there has been absolutely NO difference what-so-ever to my age/dark spots. I've been a huge fan of the No7 range for several decades, this product is most definitely not up to scratch and should be withdrawn from sale immediately. I'm surprised and disappointed that Boots continue to market something that is so clearly ineffective.. This product is a complete rip off, don't waste your money!

I bought this as I have an age spot on my neck about the size of a 5 pence piece. I really don’t like it so when I saw this serum I made an assumption that for £38 it would at the very least fade it. I applied it morning and night as instructed and persisted even though I detected no change. What a complete waste of money, this serum does nothing and of course it’s extremely annoying that it doesn’t work. Don’t buy it !

I purchased this product as soon as it came out and have been religiously using it twice a day ever since. Completely and utterly useless. I'm disgusted with its claims. Don't, don't, don't waste your money.

I have been using this product for 3 weeks. No change in my dark spots (hyperpigmentation) at all! in fact i think they look a little worse!! i had such high hopes for this product & was so excited to see the ‘clinically proven’ results. It is sticky and you can’t put your makeup over it. I feel so disappointed with no7 as a brand and i will not be buying anything of theirs again.

Have been using this serum for a month now, morning and night. It was highly recommended at the Boots No 7 counter to lighten the dark patches that have recently appeared around my eye socket (presumably from sun damage). Unfortunately it has made no difference whatsoever. It’’s a very watery liquid that you need to give a good shake, poor consistency and the applicator doesn’t help to get out just a small amount, it’s like putting sticky water on your face so hard to target precisely where it’s needed. Useless, it just didn’t work at all for me. I imagine if it did work, you’d end up lightening a bigger area than needed. Expected more from Boots, very poor.

I bought this a month ago, used as stated, unfortunately have to say ABSOLUTELY no difference

I have been using this twice a day as directed and seen absolutely no change and I'm so disappointed. I find the serum to be slightly sticky and takes a long time to sink in. Unfortunately will not purchase again.
