I am half way through the second tube and there is no difference whatsoever in the two or three small dark facial areas. Having followed the basic instructions for nearly eight weeks and having spent £76 on this product I feel that Boots need to look carefully at the product and the claims they are making for it.

I used this product religiously for 3 months, morning and night, and it made zero difference to my one conspicuous age spot on my cheek. Don't buy it.

I was really pleased to see this new product from No7, as it was just what I've been looking for. I was surprised at the price being £38, but trusted Boots reputation for their No 7 range, and bought it. I applied it every morning and every night on thoroughly cleaned skin, as per instructions. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement! 10 weeks on and there is NO change to my 'dark spots'. I took a photo before and at intervals up to now. Not even the slightest fading! What a waste of my £'s. I have been a loyal user of Restore and Renew, together with the serum, but I'm going to try a cheaper brand now, as I'm seriously thinking I've been taken in by all the 'hype' surrounding No7 skincare products. I told the sales girl in Boots how disappointed I was and asked for a refund on the product. Sadly she advised me this 'wasn't Boots policy'.

Purchased this dark spot correcting serum a month ago . I have used it as recommended on the tube. Twice a day for 4 weeks .May be I had high expectations but NO this does not work . Very disappointed and at £38 is a lot of money ,, promised but not delivered , I think this is a trade discription problem .

I have been using this product twice a day as instructed for over four weeks now and it has had no effect whatsoever. A complete waste of money.

I was buying a different no 7 product when the sales assistant pointed out a dark patch on my cheek and told me this serum would reduce the pigment and make it disappear. After some persuasion by her I decided to give it a go. I've used it religiously for 6 weeks day and night and it's done absolutely nothing. Very disappointing, I definitely do not recommend it.

What can I say! apart from save your money. Been using it for 3weeks, my dark spots are no different. £38 wasted.

I bought this product following a recommendation from the NO 7 counter sales assistant for a dark pigmented patch on my face. Having used the product morning and evening as directed, for a period of approx 12 weeks I see no difference. I returned to the No7 sales assistant after about 8 weeks - who advised to continue using the product despite no difference in appearance. I am delighted with all other NO7 products but would appreciate a refund or store credit voucher for this one considering the disappointing results
