I have a dark spot the size of a 5p coin on my forehead which I showed to the No 7 assistant. She said ‘that will fade dramatically in 2 weeks with this serum.’ It’s been 4 weeks of religiously applying twice a day and there has been ZERO IMPROVEMENT. Total waste of money (which I would like back, Boots). Awful awful awful product with over hyped claims! Worse than terrible. Do not buy this product!

I bought this in June, very expensive, I used it for just over 3 weeks, all it did was irritate my skin. The packaging is needlessly difficult to get into. The top on the tube is also annoyingly difficult when you first open it. Usually a number 7 fan, but not this.

I've been using this once a day for the past 4 weeks and can see a real improvement on a particularly dark spot on my cheek due to years of sun exposure. Now going to use on a patch of skin on the decolitage and hope for the same results. The fact my husband and bff have noticed the difference in the discoloration on my face is a real confidence boost.

This product is rubbish compared to the previous Dark Spot correcter.... more than double the price of the last one and a complete waste of money....does nothing to correct pigment.

I bought this and used the whole tube, no difference whatsoever. It’s a waste off money, wish you could get a refund on a empty tube

I have used this for approximately 5 weeks and it does work - we can’t expect immediate results, our skin is complex and puts up with a lot on a daily basis so be patient. I felt the same as some other reviewers, “bet this isn’t working” then yesterday I noticed a big difference. I will continue using it as I think it is worth the money- especially on 3 for 2. :)

It hasn’t made any difference after a months use .... not one bit ... I bought 3 on offer .... wish I’d saved my money ... don’t bother folks ... rip off

I have been using this product for 3 weeks now and definately can see a difference. I use it in the morning and at bedtime. I will say I have been using sunblock in the hot weather we have been having. Will finish the tube and come back to report final results.

I suffer from genetic dark circles from childhood and so do my siblings. I got my paycheck and decided to buy this expensive serum praying it might help me. Guys, I've only been using this for 5 days and my dark circles are 10% lighter! I'm so so so happy. It is sticky but it is sticky for a good reason, the serum stays exactly where applied and sits underneath the face cream religiously. I don't mind waiting for it to dry for five minutes at all, I brush my teeth while i wait or do sth else. I'm not paid for this review I bought this from my hard earned money. Well done, No. 7!

Bought this at the original price if £38 thinking for that price it’s got to work. How disappointed was I, no change at all! No 7 I’m shocked you are selling this as I see other people have found the same, I’m not surprised it on sale now!
