Having always been a fan of No7 i bought this to reduce the appearance of darker facial areas. I'm now down to my last drops having used it for a few months with no visible difference at all. A lot of money initially which is a shame but I wont purchase anymore.

I have been using this product for just over 4 weeks and i feel there has been no difference to the colour of my dark spots, skin texture in the area feels a little smoother, but not worth the price. I have used twice a day as instructions say and have not finished tube.

I bought this product a few months ago and used it as recommended until the tube was empty. It made absolutely no difference at all. A complete waste of time and money. Sorry No7. I have used your other skincare products for 15 years but will not be bothering with this again.

Used it for a month on a particularly bad area, no changes whatsoever! Was offered my money back .....save your money!

Total waste of money. I bought this new version in the 3 for 2 and wished I hadn't bothered as its predecessor also did nothing. Both times a different sales assistant said that it worked on them but they must be trained to say this, having read other reviews. I have used the No 7 serum for years but think that is the only product worth getting (Calm Skin is quite good but I now use a vastly superior Global Day Cream by REN instead as I'm prone to flushing). I'm just always so disappointed with the No 7 packaging - the whole syringe-effect of the new serum is rather pathetic and the outer packaging is extremely wasteful. Plus you can never quite get all of the product out of most of the items. This one 'sputters' annoyingly towards the end of the tube. I'm not even sure you can recycle any of it as there's so much foil/ metallic used on it. No 7 seems to be going downhill rapidly, which is a shame.

I have been using this twice a day for 6 weeks and has made no difference to my age spots very disappointed. It is a very nice cream my skin feels lovely but cheaper products on the market does not do the job it advertises don’t waste your money. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

After looking again at these reviews, I’m feeling a little concerned that I’ve spent a lot of money on a product that won’t deliver on its promises as initially (back in April 2019), all reviews were overwhelmingly positive and yet now, they seem very much the opposite! My personal opinion is that based on the hormonal/sun damage melasma I have (which I rate at about 5/10 on a mild to severe scale), I think that after using this serum for about 5 weeks, there is some lightening of some areas, especially the larger patches on my cheeks and some pigmented areas over my lip. It’s not a miracle cure, and perhaps that’s why some are disappointed as if you are afflicted with melasma, you would pin all hopes (and money!) on a cure, and although I’m a product junkie, and a harsh critic, I would still give this 3/5. I think it is crucial to use the highest spf you can in conjunction with this or any lightening treatment (I use Neutrogena SPF100! Yes, seriously!) and this is key to managing existing and future dark marks.

Very easy to apply. TI P: Use a cotton bus to apply. Stops excess serum on fingers & is more accurate for applying to exact areas neded.

I was very sceptical about using this, but my very dark large pigmentation spot which appeared on my cheek completely disappeared. At first after two weeks I thought it was rubbish but I persevered an very slowly I did notice a slight improvement, it does take a long time to go completely (three months in my case) but one tube used sparingly was enough.
