I would be wary of using a product with this list of ingredients purporting to have all the benefits this serum says it has. At least the first 6 ingredients do nothing beneficial to your skin and quite the opposite in some instances. And for £38? I would expect some of the actively 'lifting' ingredients to appear far higher. In my opinion, dimethicone has no place in a serum like this - this is used in foundations and primers originally to sit on the skin, not absorb, so I don't know how it can be able to take the better ingredients into the skin. Ladies, find a serum with more natural, and less, ingredients in for half this price.

I used this product for several weeks and never felt or saw any difference at all sadly. It just felt like putting on another cream. It was easy to follow the instructions and I was hopeful, but it was not worth the effort. I t may indeed work with other skin types.

I bought this serum a month ago to firm my facial area. Having used a peppercorn amount each side of the face, I am very disappointed with the product. It doesn't absorb, but just pills when you add another product. The instructions have been followed. I have waited before adding another serum or moisturiser or oil. I am not the only customer who has been disappointed. There have been several complaints. Considering that the product is expensive, I wonder if No 7 will refund or exchange as a goodwill gesture.

I have been using this product for 6 weeks and it is a total waste of time. No difference whatsoever. Only gave it 1 star as would not allow 0

Although the reviews for this product have been mixed, it has worked well for me. Tightens the skin, has definitely improved my jowels , lifting them. The first time you use it you can really feel it tightening the skin. I didn’t have a problem with it peeling off and I used the serum straight afterwards. I will be buying again.

I love all No7 but sadly this is the worse no7 product I've bought ,just flaked on my skin

I bought this product as an alternative to my usual boots serum. I won’t buy it again purely due to the essessive packaging that it NOT recyclable either ! Having written to Boots I was told it ‘was what their customers wanted’ ! - but I can’t agree with that. I understand customers want a product to look nice but putting it in a presentation box that then can’t be recycled and goes straight in the bin is,I’m sure, not something customers want ???

I have been using this for a month or so now. I bought one and then bought 3 on a 3 for 2 and gave one to my sister. I bought it after reading all the rave reviews but am very disappointed and still have another 2 which I will only be using at night as I find it peels right off and your makeup looks terrible. I can't say I have noticed any improvement in my skin either. I thought it was only me but my sister says she has the same problem.
