Bought this in July. Used it religiously for 3 weeks and didn't notice a massive improvement, however after stopping use my jawline did worsen in appearance ( or so I thought). Now back to using it twice a day under serum and moisturiser (non no7 products). Maybe I'm just seeing a difference because I want to, but to be fair don't waste your cash if your jowl line is very saggy, only fillers or a face lift will correct this. The one thing I don't like is the applicator, I dispense product onto my fingers and massage it into my skin, so I feel it would be better in a pump. Apart from that it's ok and you'll either love it or leave it. It's a bit pricey and I do prefer the premium skincare lines, but if your desperate to fix your sagging skin save your cash and go for fillers.

I don't like the applicator which hurts my skin and my jawline. The serum itself doesn't do anything at all for me. I use the Restore & Renew line, the day & night creams, the eye cream and the serum. I like all of them, and I do think they actually do something. But that's the other problem I have with the Laboratories serum: by the time I've put that on, then the R & R serum and then the day or night cream, I feel I have a huge pancake on my face, and my skin shines so much my partner doesn't need a mirror to comb his remaining hair. In short, what a waste of money.

Been using this a month. A lot of air in tube so serum will not come out. I decided to cut tube in half. Could not believe how much serum was still in tube about 1/4 of tube. Even though I released the air every time I used it the serum would not come out. If I had not done this I would have thrown tube in bin. Still risk of serum drying out. At £38 Even getting 2 get one free I will not be buying it again . Not working anyway and even with tiny amount it peels off when applying foundation.

Using this for 2-3 weeks now and I don’t know why I am bothering. A part of me is so upset that I wasted £30 so I feel I have to get through the tube. I wanted to change my serum from Estèe Lauder Advanced Night Repair to this, purely just to save money and the lady on No7 said this was so much better. I don’t care how much Estèe Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair is, all is forgiven!! I actually repurchased Advanced Night Repair and have started to reuse and I can already see after 2 days my skin is finally getting back to normal. At the end of the day, buy cheap, buy twice or in this case buy cheap, and regret it and end up sticking to luxury skincare. No7 is unfortunately a cheap brand and they can say all they want and claim all they want, the luxury quality ingredients just are not in No7 products as this is clear from the prices, the half price offers, buy one get one free etc... if they can still make a profit on offering it half price what cheap things goes into this stuff?

I used this product for several weeks and never felt or saw any difference at all sadly. It just felt like putting on another cream. It was easy to follow the instructions and I was hopeful, but it was not worth the effort. I t may indeed work with other skin types.

I bought this serum a month ago to firm my facial area. Having used a peppercorn amount each side of the face, I am very disappointed with the product. It doesn't absorb, but just pills when you add another product. The instructions have been followed. I have waited before adding another serum or moisturiser or oil. I am not the only customer who has been disappointed. There have been several complaints. Considering that the product is expensive, I wonder if No 7 will refund or exchange as a goodwill gesture.

Although the reviews for this product have been mixed, it has worked well for me. Tightens the skin, has definitely improved my jowels , lifting them. The first time you use it you can really feel it tightening the skin. I didn’t have a problem with it peeling off and I used the serum straight afterwards. I will be buying again.
