I bought this product as an alternative to my usual boots serum. I won’t buy it again purely due to the essessive packaging that it NOT recyclable either ! Having written to Boots I was told it ‘was what their customers wanted’ ! - but I can’t agree with that. I understand customers want a product to look nice but putting it in a presentation box that then can’t be recycled and goes straight in the bin is,I’m sure, not something customers want ???

I have been using this for a month or so now. I bought one and then bought 3 on a 3 for 2 and gave one to my sister. I bought it after reading all the rave reviews but am very disappointed and still have another 2 which I will only be using at night as I find it peels right off and your makeup looks terrible. I can't say I have noticed any improvement in my skin either. I thought it was only me but my sister says she has the same problem.

I bought this about two months ago, and I'm not sure that I will continue to use it. The applicator makes it really uncomfortable. I'm sure it is very effective- just like your other serums that I have used ever since they were first launched, but the applicator is really off-putting. Buy one in an ordinary tube!!

Not sure whether this is caused from this product but I have developed mild tingling, or pins and needles in the lower part of my face and neck since I started using this several weeks ago. Are there any others who have experienced this? Just wondering whether it is unrelated or caused by this.

Bought 3 weeks ago and find it a complete waste. Moisture cream on top does not allow you to put foundation as i will not go on smoothly. Why to we believe all we read?

I have never written an online review for any kind of cosmetics but felt I had to with this. Have been using the booster for about 4 weeks and although I wasn’t expecting great changes as so many products seem to be hyped up I have really noticed a significant difference. My puffy little double chin seems to be disappearing and for the first time in years (I’m 58) I can see the contours of my cheekbones. I have been using it religiously every morning and night and only use the peppercorn size of product they recommend but will carry on buying it if this continues. I can see that some reviewers are disappointed - maybe it works better on different skin types (mine is slightly dry)? I don’t know but I hope they don’t change the formula because it works for me.
