I always use no 7 and I bought 3 of these 2 weeks ago as it was on 3 for 2 (so it makes sense to buy it this way) but have seen no visible differences to the skin on my neck which is where I wanted to target. I was then really annoyed to see it on a half price offer on boots Instagram page for £19. Never seen this before and had I known they did offers like this instead of the 3 for 2 i would have just bought one to try. Very disappointed in Boots as they should be doing deals for loyal no 7 customers. Although i don't rate this product i am happy with my usual no 7 skincare and have used it for years. The only thing I would like to see is a nice away from plastic or possibly refillable pots as trying to reduce my plastic waste.

I'm a lady of 60+ and was sceptical of the claims of this new product. I bought it any way. In just over a week the fine lines around my mouth and lips are noticeably improved. I read the reviews that said some users felt a residue on their skin etc. I haven't experienced that. I actually put a small amount on my fingers and massage it into the skin and it absorbs it completely. Will continue using it.

I have been using this product since 5 May and can honestly say my skin looks visibly tightened and is so soft and hydrated. My skin tone is even and I like this result. I have been using the line corrector serum since it was launched last year and the wrinkles on my forehead have almost disappeared with daily use a year on. So you have to be patient and not expect instant miracles, as we all want instant results which is unrealistic isn’t it. I have read both the negative and positive reviews and agree with some of them. You only need a peppercorn amount and it glides on the skin easily with the applicator, and any excess serum can be easily rubbed in. Considering the negative review that it peels off, I have not over rubbed the product on the skin, especially when applying serum and face cream afterwards. I found that the minimal amount of rubbing prevents it from peeling off when applying moisturiser or makeup afterwards. I also read one review in which someone commented it takes a while to dry the booster serum on the skin. Well I wash my face in dove first (it’s not caustic like soap!) then apply the dark spot serum first, then the line serum, then finally this booster serum and while I get dressed it absorbs in nicely. I then put the serum for mature skin on before applying my preferred Elemis moisturiser. All in all it takes me about 15 mins to do the lot, morning and night, but the results are worth it. despite all the cream with gentle rubbing it never peels. The skin on my neck and décolletage is tighter and visibly improved. Will continue with this routine and excited to see additional results. Expensive but follow my regime yourself and I hope you get the same results, we’re worth it! Hence, the lengthy review. I’m 50 and not overly wrinkled and still look 50, but with beautifully even toned skin!

Unfortunately I am on my second tube and I can’t see any change in my skin. It leaves a gritty residual on my face as well.

I don't like the applicator which hurts my skin and my jawline. The serum itself doesn't do anything at all for me. I use the Restore & Renew line, the day & night creams, the eye cream and the serum. I like all of them, and I do think they actually do something. But that's the other problem I have with the Laboratories serum: by the time I've put that on, then the R & R serum and then the day or night cream, I feel I have a huge pancake on my face, and my skin shines so much my partner doesn't need a mirror to comb his remaining hair. In short, what a waste of money.

Been using this a month. A lot of air in tube so serum will not come out. I decided to cut tube in half. Could not believe how much serum was still in tube about 1/4 of tube. Even though I released the air every time I used it the serum would not come out. If I had not done this I would have thrown tube in bin. Still risk of serum drying out. At £38 Even getting 2 get one free I will not be buying it again . Not working anyway and even with tiny amount it peels off when applying foundation.

Using this for 2-3 weeks now and I don’t know why I am bothering. A part of me is so upset that I wasted £30 so I feel I have to get through the tube. I wanted to change my serum from Estèe Lauder Advanced Night Repair to this, purely just to save money and the lady on No7 said this was so much better. I don’t care how much Estèe Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair is, all is forgiven!! I actually repurchased Advanced Night Repair and have started to reuse and I can already see after 2 days my skin is finally getting back to normal. At the end of the day, buy cheap, buy twice or in this case buy cheap, and regret it and end up sticking to luxury skincare. No7 is unfortunately a cheap brand and they can say all they want and claim all they want, the luxury quality ingredients just are not in No7 products as this is clear from the prices, the half price offers, buy one get one free etc... if they can still make a profit on offering it half price what cheap things goes into this stuff?
