I have been using this product for over two weeks now, I took Close up pictures before and after and I can honestly say there is not the slightest difference, I am so disappointed as I was looking forward to this product coming out.

I have been using the product now for 3 week's. I can see a visable difference and my skin definitely feels firmer. The product applicator is easy to use and the lotion is light and absorbs quickly.

I have recently purchased this product and unfortunately I am very disappointed. I have used the recommended amount and when applying my serum and moisturiser (as instructed) the result is lots of 'bits' all over my face and it is just about impossible to apply my foundation. I looked at reviews on this product and found people expressing the same problem. A waste of money and I wonder if the product can be returned? Often leading brands offer refunds if you are not happy with the product.

Bought this on a three for two now on second tube no improvement whatsoever pills and cakes cannot aply foundation asit looks awful worst ever serum ihave bought

I’ve been using No7 for years so was really excited to try this new product. I have been using it for over 4 weeks now and couldn’t be more disappointed I can see no improvement. As other reviews have pointed out the applicator sucks the serum back up and once on it’s impossible to put foundation over it as it just turns in to a clogged mess. My advice would be to stick to the other Protect and Perfect products and don’t waste your money on this .

I always use no 7 and I bought 3 of these 2 weeks ago as it was on 3 for 2 (so it makes sense to buy it this way) but have seen no visible differences to the skin on my neck which is where I wanted to target. I was then really annoyed to see it on a half price offer on boots Instagram page for £19. Never seen this before and had I known they did offers like this instead of the 3 for 2 i would have just bought one to try. Very disappointed in Boots as they should be doing deals for loyal no 7 customers. Although i don't rate this product i am happy with my usual no 7 skincare and have used it for years. The only thing I would like to see is a nice away from plastic or possibly refillable pots as trying to reduce my plastic waste.

I'm a lady of 60+ and was sceptical of the claims of this new product. I bought it any way. In just over a week the fine lines around my mouth and lips are noticeably improved. I read the reviews that said some users felt a residue on their skin etc. I haven't experienced that. I actually put a small amount on my fingers and massage it into the skin and it absorbs it completely. Will continue using it.
