I decided to give this a really fair trial to ascertain any positive or negative effects, so I continued to use my usual eye cream one one eye and this eye serum in conjunction with the eye cream on the other eye, morning and night. Although there were absolutely no side effects (as some users have reported), there was absolutely no improvement, either. I asked a few friends and even two Boots No 7 staff to have a look at my bare face to see if they could tell if one side looked better than the other and all of them said they couldn't see a difference, but - if pushed - they thought my left side looked a little more "radiant". At this point, I decided to give up - after all, I'd be using the serum on the right side of my face! Boots gave me a full refund, so I am very happy with the service I received, but sadly the eye cream and serum did nothing for me.

This is like Protect and Perfect for the eye area. I usually use P&P right up to my eyes but occasionally get irritation. This serum is perfect for doing the job as well as P&P but in a much gentler form. Perfect under make up, smooths away fine lines. I can see and feel the difference

I have used this product for a number of years and it definitely keeps they area around the eyes supple. Used in conjunction with the No 7 eye cream it has helped to slow down the creases (crows feet) appearing.

I bought this for my Mum some time ago and she loves it. So decided to get more.

Nearly three weeks in & not impressed. No difference at all. Will complete the recommended four weeks, but looking likely that I will be asking for a refund.

I used to use the "protect and perfect generic" eye serum when it first came out, which I had used for years, and then decided to give this one a try. I have to admit I have not been disappointed. I feel it is a good serum, as it doesn't feel too heavy, and it does definitely make the skin around my eyes a lot less tight, and in general, I feel it makes my eyes look a lot fresher. It does not feel tacky, and it absorbs really easily. I have to admit I use the serum alone and not with the eye cream as suggested, and I only use it in the morning so I guess the results would be even better if the "routine" was followed. I have quite sensitive skin and I have no issues using this on a daily basis. Lovely product No 7!

I keep hearing about all these miracle creams in the States and when you look at the ingredients this product contains the same stuff ! Except a fraction of the cost ! Have bought 3 to tide me over until I return to the UK !
